  • I had a very disappointing experience touring this facility. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, called to let them know when I would be arriving, and even tho it was 4pm when childten were getting picked up by parent's, I expected a more organized and welcoming experience. When I arrived, no one greeted me or sat down with me. Instead, multiple staff members kept telling me that someone would be with me, but no one ever came. While I was waiting inside, I witnessed one of the teachers speaking to the children in a way that I found completely unacceptable. The tone and language used were harsh, disrespectful, and degrading. No child deserves to be spoken to that way. Because of what I witnessed, I decided to wait outside instead. I waited an additional 8 minutes before leaving because no one ever came to assist me. To make matters worse, after I had already left, the facility called and asked if I was still interested in touring, even though I had been there waiting the entire time. Based on my experience, I will not be enrolling my daughter in this program. If my daughter ever came home and told me that someone spoke to her the way I witnessed staff speaking to those children, there would have been a serious issue. I have decided to keep her in her current summer program in Queens until I find a program in Brooklyn that provides a respectful, nurturing, and professional environment. This was my personal experience, and it was enough for me to decide that this facility is not the right fit for my child. Please do not respond to this review. I am not looking for an apology or an explanation. I simply wanted to share my experience so other parents can make an informed decision. My experience speaks for itself, and I stand by what I witnessed during my visit.

  • School is horrible had three of my kids here and they forced me to take my toddler out the school because whatever they was feeding him messed his tummy up and gave him diarrhea only at school at that ! And them three days they messed his stomach up they refused to care for him this program also leaves you and your kids outside in any weather until they feel it’s necessary to allow the children in online they open at 7am but they refuse to let parents and kids in until 8am I’ve called 311 the school they apologized but constantly do it to every parent every morning DONT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE they can and will randomly discharge your child
