  Our Future Leads Daycare has been an amazing experience for our family. I have four children, and when I recently started a new job, the provider had flexible availability right away for all of them. Since starting, my children have felt safe, secure, and have had an enjoyable time every single day. I have had absolutely no complaints or worries. The daycare is incredibly clean and offers a wonderful school-like setting that helps the children develop essential motor and developmental skills. The provider has consistently demonstrated reliability, especially during morning drop-offs when I need to be at work by 6 AM. She goes above and beyond to accommodate.   I love this daycare. It is very clean very spacious. I love that she has a curriculum that she follows for the toddlers and babies that are not in school. The lunches are very healthy and She also serves all five food groups that are necessary for growing kids. Definitely recommend any professionals that’s in need of care! And the very thing that I needed the most was untraditional hours and somebody that is reliable. Our future leads daycare is a gem 💎 .

  Extremely unprofessional! Do not leave your child with her! My son was day 2 of being enrolled and her true colors showed! My son has bowl movement problems sometimes so when he does have a bm on his own (without the help of medication ) it’s a win ( in which I explained to her before I enrolled my son) not even an hour into my son being there she text me stating that I didn’t change my son prior to bringing him and to not give him his medication that helps him poop on the days he has daycare. Our communicate time is a good 30 minutes from her daycare. (Any normal 2 year old would have a bm or pee during that time duration). she then lied and stated that my son bottom was sore from so much wiping from the wipes (which I knew was a lie anyone with eyes could see it wasn’t and I have a picture) Mind you she had on stellio nails which probably caused a lot of discomfort for my son while she was wiping him. when I walked in my son was face was filled was tears and he visibly looked uncomfortable. Her only concern was that my son poop got on her rug. PLEASE PARENTS KEEP YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE. I’ve attached the screenshot of our messages in this review as well. Please do not put your kids here!!!

  Update: My daughter is still currently going to this daycare and I still couldn't be happier with the nuture and care she receives while attending. She reports back to me all the activities she did and the fun she has, while being excited for her next visit. This coming from a child that is very comfortable vocalizing all her experiences with me, so as a parent, it's a huge sigh of relief. I continue to recommend this daycare to those who need a person they can trust to care for their littles Original My daughter has been going here for a little over a month now, and absolutely loves it. I do too. There's structure and a balance of learning and fun for the kids, and Mercedes communicates well. She ensures that they have all their needs met. Also, the daycare is very clean, temp controlled, and overall an environment the kids can thrive in. I highly recommend it
