We love park ridge childcare center
John CoyleMay 30, 2025I am very disappointed with this place. Within 6 weeks of joining this daycare, I received three calls regarding three separate incidents involving my child. Two of the incidents involved my child getting bitten by another child. The third incident involved him being bumped in the face by another kid. Six weeks into starting a daycare, he should be adjusted to the new routine. That wasn’t the case with my son. Every time myself or another family member drops him off, he’s screaming in fear of this place. I couldn’t put my hand quite on why he hated going to this daycare until the third incident happened. The facility refused to tell me if he was being targeted by the same kid. I find that to be very disheartening because if he was being targeted by the same kid why not come up with a solution and move him or the other kid to another class? They completely dismissed my concerns and told me this is expected behavior at this age group. The saddest part in all this that led me to remove my child immediately was how nonchalant the director sounded on the other end of that call telling me she can’t promise me that it would not happen again. The director never came up with a plan to ensure my child will be safe from future biting or other incidents. There were also several times I went to pick him up where he’s face would be covered with snot and his diaper was soiled. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to their lack of proper supervision, inadequate staffing, lack of my child’s welfare and a general disregard for his well-being.
Aja Kabba-NicholsonOct 22, 2023My toddler child came home soaking wet numerous times here. Three adults and not one seemed to check or care! My child never soiled clothes at home or any other sitter's! Not to mention, one of the blankets sent in was ripped so badly. I've had this blanket since my own childhood. So glad we left and found better.
J JFDec 1, 2019This is an amazing center. My children have been going for over two years. They are always great with communication. The staff is so friendly and loving towards the children. The kitchen is always full and the children’s meals are great. They have helped my family during tough times and i will always have confidence recommending them to family and friends.

Brandon BabersApr 3, 2018Tracey & Michelle have cared for our children like their own for 3+ years. We spoke to a few other daycare centers before choosing this location and I would encourage anyone see this for themselves. Tracey is the type of Director that spends her mornings at PRCCC, chalking the sidewalk with words or encouragement and fun for the students. There is an absolute feeling of welcome from this location, as my family is always greeted by name, which starts from the direction of leadership. I'm surprised to read any poor reviews from this location and reading some of the comments don't match our experience whatsoever, as we've had nothing but a positive experience. There is low turnover in staff which speaks to the center as well as the importance in consistency for the children. Trusting your own to someone else takes a lot as a parent and Tracey, Michelle and all the staff at PRCCC make that one thing we don't have to worry about as parents.
