  • Peek-a-Boo Daycare in Merrick has been absolutely amazing for our family! Both of our kids, Harlow and Cameron, attended and we couldn’t have asked for a more loving, nurturing, and safe environment for them to grow and learn. The staff is incredibly caring, patient, and professional — they treated our children like their own. From day one, we felt completely at ease dropping them off, knowing they were in great hands. The communication from the staff was always clear and consistent, and we loved getting updates on what the kids were doing each day. Harlow and Cameron both thrived socially and developmentally while they were there, and made so many wonderful memories and friendships. Thank you to everyone at Peek-a-Boo for providing such a warm and supportive place for our children. We’re forever grateful and highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for peace of mind and exceptional care!

  • Our daughter started at Peekaboo this year and it has been truly wonderful. The owners and staff are so kind, attentive and loving. We always know she’s in good hands when she’s there. My husband and I both work and it means the world to know she’s getting the kind of enrichment and care we wish we could give her ourselves during the work week. I’m so glad we found them. Our daughter is one year old now, and she’s excited every morning when we drop her off and in a god mood every evening on pick up. I cannot recommend them enough. A+ five stars. Thank you so much.

  • Oh man, where do I even begin. I guess with a great big THANK YOU to these absolute Earth angels. To say that we've been blessed to have Peek-A-Boo in our lives is an understatement. Jamie, Vinny and the teachers (shout out to Miss Vanessa, Rosely an Alicia!) are SO kind, warm, welcoming, patient, caring, and every other adjective that makes you comfortable leaving your babies in their very capable hands. In their private, small-group environment our children are not just a number - they are truly loved and cared for every single day - and it makes my heart so happy that my 4yo and 1.5yo get to grow up and play together instead of being separated like at some larger establishments. They do crafts multiple times a week (I've run out of wall space), read, dance, celebrate holidays, and send photos weekly, in addition to sending home a weekly newsletter individually tailored to each child; they celebrate our children with theme specific birthday parties based on their interests; they explore new foods, have sensory learning and outdoor play time - their activities go on and on. Our children are happy and thriving and we're so, so grateful. I thank them at every drop off, every pick up, every weeks end, but allow me to say it again (and again and again): thank you for loving our babies as much as you do. We love you back, Peek-A-Boo <3

  • Highly Recommend! Our son thrived at Peekaboo Daycare from when he started at 18 months until his Pre-K transition. Everyone there contributed to the warm, safe, and loving environment. They have excellent communication including personalized weekly newsletters with photos and developmental insights. The teachers were wonderful and caring, and our son was always happy to see them. Most importantly, we saw significant growth in our son, both socially and cognitively, thanks to the creative and developmentally appropriate activities the kids engaged in together each day. Leaving Peekaboo was genuinely hard for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any parents seeking a nurturing, educational, supportive, and convenient daycare with amazing teachers. It was a truly outstanding experience!

  • We had the privilege of having our son attend Peek-A-Boo daycare this past fall. Jamie, Vinny, Vanessa, Rosely, and Alicia welcomed our 13 month old with open arms. He had never attended daycare before so being thrust into full time was a big adjustment, and Peek-A-Boo handled it seamlessly. After the initial first few days, our son was shrieking with excitement when we would pull up to Vinny and Jamie’s home. We would pick him up at the end of the day, receive the full days report from Vanessa’s smiling face, and see what craft they did that day. All the staff are so friendly and sweet, and the daycare has such an intimate feeling that we felt 100% comfortable bringing our son here right away. We are so grateful he was able to have this experience and make so many new friends and learn all the new things. Thank you, Peek-A-Boo!

  • Our daughter has been attending Peek-A-Boo daycare for well over a year now and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. In fact, we believe enrolling her at Peek-A-Boo is one of the best decisions we've made for our little girl's development. She's absolutely blossomed in the care of Jamie and her team of wonderful teachers. Everything is highly organized, communication with Jamie and Vinny is a breeze, and the educational program they offer is outstanding. Our daughter loves the activities and proudly brings home the most creative little crafts. We distinctly remember how much we dreaded having to send our one year old to daycare and were bracing for a hard transition, but that never happened. Our daughter loved it from day one and to our great surprise is rarely, if ever, sick, which is a testament to the high standard of cleanliness at Peek-A-Boo. We highly recommend enrolling your child at Peek-A-Boo.
