The past two years we had the pleasure of enrolling our son at Penina's Rise N' Shine Childcare, and I can't recommend it enough. My family and I needed childcare urgently, and from the very first contact, they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Once my son met Ms Milly he was attached to her bright smile and open arms. Ms. Milly and the entire staff are truly exceptional, kind, patient, and loving. It is clear they genuinely care about each child’s well-being and growth. The atmosphere feels like an extended family, where every child is loved and valued. We are so grateful to have found a place that feels like home away from home for our son. Penina’s Rise N' Shine Childcare is more than just a daycare; it’s a community, a family, and a place where our son is happy and safe every day. They are all so warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly caring—it truly feels like an extension of our family. Not only do we feel confident that our daughter is safe, loved, and well taken care of every day, but they have also been such a valuable support system for us as first-time parents. Their advice and expertise have helped us learn so much about caring for our daughter, and we feel more confident and capable because of them. Their communication is excellent—they keep us updated daily and always share anything that comes up, big or small. It’s such a comfort to know we’re always in the loop. My child is learning simple numbers and letters already. And his language/vocabulary is constantly getting better. I'm always sent pictures of him having well balanced meals and also whilst playing and interacting with other children. I really love this daycare for my son.

From day one, felt at home here — something that wasn’t always the case at other places. Now very happy and excited at drop-off, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. The staff truly go above and beyond, always working with me when I need extra accommodations. There is nothing like the comfort of knowing your child is safe, cared for, and genuinely happy. Hats off to Milly, Betsy, Mr. G (my child’s BFF!), and all the other fantastic people who make this place so special. We are so grateful to be a part of this community
