Ms. Carlia is truly amazing! She is patient, caring, and genuinely wonderful with children. I honestly wish my daughter was still little so she could have the opportunity to be in Ms. Carlia’s daycare. Even though she’s older now, I’m so grateful that Ms. Carlia is still willing to tutor her and help us whenever we need it. She has always been so supportive, and we truly appreciate having someone like her in our corner.
J MartinezAug 15, 2026I knew I would be bringing my son here the same day I had the tour with Ms.Carlia. The space is always clean, the staff is always extremely welcoming, and most importantly my son was super comfortable from the second we met the staff and saw the space. As a single mom to a 5 month old I really loved that Playful Hearts would contribute to my son’s development with sensory play and daily engagement/education with their carefully thought out curriculum. I am forever grateful for this daycare, the staff, and the care they give my son on a daily basis.
Me hicieron sentir tranquila.
Mariangela Urviola solosJul 16, 2026Mrs. Mirabal-Ciriaco has been an amazing teacher and a truly positive influence in our daughter Mila’s life. Mila loved her class so much that she would often stop by just to say hello, even after moving on to the next grade. She also tutored Mila in Language Arts, making learning both fun and rewarding. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness, dedication, and lasting impact. Any student would be lucky to have her!
Chris VenturaJul 11, 2026There is no one else I would trust more with my son. My son is learning, he is safe, and most of all he enjoys his time with Ms. Carlia and Ms. Liz. Ms. Carlia is a special education teacher for the DOE and is highly knowledgeable in her field. She is extremely responsible and organized and is a treasure to have. She has the patience of a saint and will always go above and beyond for my son and his development. Ms. Liz is sweetheart and she is a fierce advocate for the children. Ms. Liz has experience with non profit organizations revolving around youth development as well as experience in NYC classrooms. The actual location itself is a dream and you will not find a cleaner daycare nor a daycare that is blessed with real experienced teachers giving your young children the advantages needed to succeed in PreK/kindergarten once the time comes.
Kimberly ObandoJul 10, 2026This review can’t express the gratitude to have Carlia in my life! She was my oldest teacher for a long time and now I happen to find out she leads a daycare around my neighborhood. She gives the same exact care to all the kids and we love her professionalism. I highly recommend for your little ones to come here. Great neighborhood and even better care! Thank you Carlia and Playful Hearts Daycare!
