Our daughter's experience at Please and Thank You Children's Place exceeded every expectation. Mrs. Carmel and Mrs. Carmela are great. They created such a warm, creative, and supportive environment that made learning fun and exciting. They took time to get to know each child as an individual. Our daughter felt seen, heard, and supported - something we will always be grateful for. We saw an incredible growth - this program helped lay a strong foundation not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The communication with families was outstanding (with regular updates, photos, weekly newsletters). We always felt included in our daughter's pre-k adventures. We highly recommend Please and Thank you Children's Place to any family looking for a joyful, enriching start to their child's educational journey.

From the moment we arrived each morning, we were greeted with cheerful smiles and genuine care that made such a difference in our son’s day. Ms. Carmel created a space filled with love, creativity, and joy—where learning felt like play and each day was thoughtfully planned. As first-time parents, we felt a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation as we prepared to send our child to school for the first time. Ms. Carmel’s warmth, patience, and understanding helped ease our worries from the very beginning. Her thoughtful communication and reassuring presence gave us the confidence that our son was truly in the best hands. Our son came home each day excited to share stories about his favorite activities—from art projects and story time to dancing, learning letters and numbers, and outdoor play. While he may have insisted it was all just “fun,” we saw how much he was learning and how beautifully his confidence, independence and social skills blossomed. He’s leaving preschool better prepared for kindergarten, and most importantly, with happy memories and a strong foundation. As parents, there’s no greater comfort than knowing your child is cared for with such intention and heart. The kindness, warmth, and encouragement Ms. Carmel and Ms. Carmela showed to our son—and to us as a family—meant the world. This experience has been truly special, and we will carry it with us always.
Donna B.Jul 17, 2025When my husband and I went to visit this pre school, we knew right away that it was the right fit for our family. It is such a warm and comforting little haven! It is very clean and organized. We could tell right away that the children felt safe, happy, and cared for. It is also the most affordable pre school in our area. After just a year at Please and Thank You Children’s Place, the growth we’ve seen in our son has been incredible. His language has exploded, his social skills are fantastic, and he has developed so much confidence. We constantly receive compliments on his manners and listening skills. Most importantly, he has built wonderful relationships with his first friends and talks about them often! Our son looks forward to going to school and always has a big smile on his face when we pick him up. Even with just two half-days a week, we’ve seen noticeable progress in his letter recognition, phonemic awareness, fine motor skills, counting, independence, and so much more. As a mom sending her first child to school, I can’t express how comforting it has been to know he was in such caring and capable hands. Ms. Carmel and Ms. Carmela are so kind, warm, and loving. I especially appreciated how openly and efficiently Ms.Carmel maintained communication with our family about our sons progress. Please and Thank You Children’s Place has exceeded every expectation, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing, enriching preschool environment.
Rita CowlesJul 12, 2025I don't have a child here, but I live across the street and as I sit outside I talk to the parents as they pick up their kids. The parents always have the nicest things to say about this place, one parent said they teach manners and the owner takes the time to get to know the child, and is not just a number to them or an income. The parents are really happy and seem to love the place, one parent said she makes her child feel like family and doesn't want to leave....lol. As a neighbor, the family is super nice, their kids are well-behaved and super polite, I think that shows that manners and teaching good practices are natural to her (owner).
AdminMar 7, 2024This preschool is quite simply the best. It is clean, organized, and Always a welcoming and warm environment. Just go there and see the place. It is hard to describe just how awesome the vibe is. My child was in great hands with Ms Carmel.
David HampeFeb 26, 2024Please And Thank You Children’s Place is an amazing preschool!! It’s truly a hidden gem. My daughter went there for two years and she absolutely loved going. Mrs. Carmel is so knowledgeable and makes preschool learning fun! I love that it’s a small classroom size and she built an amazing relationships with the teachers and other students in her classroom. My daughter left Please And Thank You Children’s Place feeling confident and socially and emotionally ready for kindergarten
