Francia TorresJul 9, 2026I am writing this review to share my experience as a parent whose children attended this daycare. While my children were enrolled, I noticed the owner was rarely present at the daycare. Most of the daily care and communication about the children was handled by the staff members who work for her. While the staff members were often helpful, it was difficult to communicate directly with the person responsible for managing the daycare. There were several times when it seemed the owner was not aware of important details about the children’s daily routines, such as meals, behavior updates, or general activities during the day. As a parent, this made me concerned about the level of supervision and management of the daycare. One serious issue that concerned me was when my son was not picked up from school, even though the daycare was responsible for his pickup. Situations like this are extremely stressful for parents and raise concerns about organization, communication, and reliability when it comes to children’s safety and supervision. At first the owner appeared friendly, but over time I felt that communication and professionalism were lacking. For parents, it is important to feel confident that the person running the daycare is actively involved and aware of what is happening with the children each day. Because of these concerns, I decided to remove my children from the daycare and find alternative childcare. I believe parents should be aware of my experience when considering this daycare. Update after reading the owner’s response: —-> Yes, my child attended for almost four years, but I find your response misleading and unprofessional. Please do not make it seem as though you were personally present, actively involved, and overseeing daily operations when that was not my experience as a parent. Nearly all communication, concerns, updates, drop-offs, pickups, and day-to-day interactions were handled by your employees, not by you directly. As an owner, being friendly is not the same as being present, attentive, or actively managing a daycare. I often experienced a lack of communication, organization, and involvement. As a parent, that raised serious concerns because childcare requires hands-on leadership and awareness of what is happening with children daily. I shared my experience because parents deserve transparency. My concerns did not suddenly appear overnight — they developed over time through repeated experiences. Your response feels more focused on protecting your image than acknowledging a parent’s concerns and experience. I stand by my experience and by my decision as a parent.
