  • Very unprofessional dressed staff that doesn’t look like they should be caring for children. Ms hooks is never there when I have concerns I have to reach out over the phone. No meal menu to know what my child is eating on a daily basis since they should be eating healthy balanced diet. I would like more updates on the well being of children to be discussed with us parents. Needs to celebrate holidays more.

  • This daycare is not good for children. The children do not go on trips. They are locked inside all year round. The zoo, museums, aquariums all have free days I don’t understand why trips do not occur summer passed and NO TRIP is disappointing. Ms Hooks is never present when I drop off and pick up my child despite her not having enough workers. She needs to hire more workers and be present to greet parents and be involved with the children. I can go on and on but if you care for the well being of your child there’s plenty better day cares out there. I hope to see a change or I will be removing my child.

  • Mrs. Hook is very proffessional, she cares and invest plenty time in the kids making sure they learn words, colors and also teaches them to read. The daycare is very clean. My daughter went there for 3 years, she's a A student now in kindergarden. Thank you Mrs. Hook. I highly recommend Rissie Group Daycare.
