Samanta HuertaOct 22, 2025Selecting child care for your little ones (especially under 1 year old) is so nerve wrecking and after visiting a handful of care centers nearby, nothing felt like the right fit until we visited Second Home Daycare! From the moment I met Mrs. Ilse, I knew in my heart this was it! A place that truly cares about your child and wants to help them grow into the best version of themselves. The kids learn all the things you want - everything from fine motor skills to self love and so much in between. The activities are SO creative and endless. Just when I thought “wow how did they come up with that activity?” another one tops it. As a working parent, you want to be comfortable leaving your child in a safe, loving, environment and Second Home Daycare provides everything you could ask for in a child care facility.

They always find new ways to keep Valentina engaged and entertained while helping her learn and grow. It’s amazing to see how much she’s developed over the past year—both academically and socially. You can tell they are truly dedicated to what they do and are constantly improving their skills to make learning fun and meaningful for the little ones. I’m so grateful for the love and effort they put into every day!

We love the real-time updates and photos on their app, and it’s rewarding to watch our daughter learn and grow every day. The team comes up with the most creative learning activities, provides healthy meals and snacks, and is very responsive. We’re beyond grateful that our daughter is so well cared for. Special thanks to Mrs. Ilse, Ms. Lesly, Mrs. Tatiana and Ms. Manuela!
Melissa YuJul 30, 2025This daycare is a gem! Our daughter is thriving and watching her grow and learn each day is the most precious gift. She puts her shoes and coat on and points and asks to go to school on days off/weekends/etc. And she even gets mad at pick up if she’s not ready to come home. She is learning in both English and Spanish and we just couldn’t be happier. The entire team is loving and caring and we know how well cared for she is. Logistically the team responds to questions super fast, keep us so well informed of what is going on, plan so many wonderful activities and fun days that go above and beyond! Honestly I can’t say enough good things ❤️
