  • Changing my previous review. While I think some of the staff was genuinely good, a lot of the aids were insufficiently trained and qualified and I have heard them yelling at toddlers when they thought no parents were around. My daughter, who is now older and a better communicator, tells me stories about how they would be mean to her and yell at her and make her feel bad. I witnessed it first hand when at pickup they’d tell me everything she did wrong that day in front of everyone. My daughter would hide her face in embarrassment. She was 3. I had brought up a number of concerns which were addressed immediately by the director, but what happened in the classrooms wasn’t always known.

  • My kid was going to 3793 Commerce Ct, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 location. I wish I could give zero or minus rating. They do not pay attention towards kids. I don't recommend this day care in any situation.

  • My daughter started out at their Williams Rd location and when we moved we switched to the Shawnee Rd location. Both centers are a great safe place. The staff is friendly and really good with kids. The center directors are super nice and personable. They offer enrichment classes like karate and kindermusic and my daughter loved participating in those. The facilities are modern and super super clean unlike some other daycares. They are not over priced for a daycare and they give the kids fresh delicious food. My daughter loves it
