  • South Shore has been a godsend for my children since they were both 5 months old. The staff in their infant rooms are the kindest and most loving people on the planet. My daughter went there through PreK and went into Kindergarten beyond prepared. My son is in toddle time now and is learning so much and is so happy to go to school every day. I felt and continue to feel that my children are in safe, loving and capable hands when they’re at the center.

  • My son has been going to SSCC for almost three years. He started out in their daycare and he learned so much! He was actively engaged and learned important age appropriate things. He made friends and was able to increase his social interactions. He then moved on to their pre school and has continued to learn many new and different skills. The staff/ teachers/ aids and Vicki! Are all amazing! They genuinely care for the kiddos and my boy loves all the staff there. I will be sending my second son soon and I always recomend them to all my friends and family.

  • All three of our daughters go to South Shore- all since they were infants, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. They are so loved and well taken care of. It’s very comforting knowing they are in a safe and loving environment. We utilize the before and after care as well, which is very convenient for our hectic schedules. Let’s just say when I pick my kids up early they question why I came so early 🤣 they are never ready to leave even after a long day! I recommend South Shore to everybody!

  • We absolutely love South Shore Children’s Learning Center and could not be happier with our experience. The entire staff is warm, nurturing, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. My daughter absolutely adores her teachers, Miss Janice and Miss Sue — they are patient, loving, and go above and beyond every single day. The progress we’ve seen in her confidence, social skills, and love for learning has been incredible. The school feels like a second home, and the communication and care are unmatched. We are so grateful to be part of such an amazing community and highly recommend South Shore Children’s Learning Center to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their child.

  • 2/3 times I was pregnant, the first person I told (after my husband) was Ms. Vickie. I wish I’d known with my first baby to secure my spot on the list immediately. I am always impressed with the maturity of the younger gals working at this facility and equally impressed with the dedication of the lead teachers and administration. This place has been a home for so many years and I will miss it when my last kid ages out. Motherhood is overwhelming and isolating, but the folks at SSCLC make you feel like we’re all in it together. This is NOT a typical daycare. The programs even for the very little guys are structured, and the building is a school so it has all the benefits and nurturing of a daycare while truly preparing the kids for school. The building is huge so the kids have indoor playgrounds and great places to visit outside of their classrooms when the weather isn’t good enough to play on the very sheltered outdoor playground. The building also houses a dance school, music school, and catering place that makes great weeknight dinners. But even more than that, the great size (both physical size and number of people) have always been a comfort to me in the care of my children—safety in numbers if you ask me! No matter what you do, leaving your kids anywhere while you have to work stinks, but bringing them somewhere they’re legitimately excited to run through the front door in the morning and truly hesitate to leave at the end of the day because they’re having too much fun playing makes it a little better.

  • My experience with South Shore over the past 3 years has been wonderful. I have one child that attended preschool there 2 years ago and I currently have one child who has been attending their program for the past 2 years. The staff/teachers are attentive and caring. The curriculum any preparedness for pre-k made the transition for my oldest child easy.
