  • I’m so frustrated and disappointed, i’m new to the area and wanted to sign my kids up for swimming lessons at Sportsplex For the most part, everyone at the gym was very kind and Able to answer my many questions, but there was this one particular employee Alex that was extremely rude and dismissive every single time that I spoke with him, I spoke with him two times and both times it was unpleasant. The last encounter I had with him he spoke over me the entire time said that he couldn’t help me although he was the manager there and all I wanted to do was literally sign my kids up for swimming lessons. He continue to emphasize that he needed to know specifically what classes they were listed for, but also said that he wasn’t able to see it in his system. I explained to him that I spoke with somebody recently and they had updated it, but if he couldn’t see it I can tell him which ones they said they can be signed up for him. He proceeded to say that he could not help me and spoke over me the entire time when I finally asked him to stop talking over me and let’s meet in the middle of the conversation he said I was being rude and he was going to “call” someone to get me the information and then transferred me to a voicemail.

  • We have been members since we arrived in 2023 and have been absolutely delighted with the customer service, the program quality and overall facility. The staff is amazing and super friendly. We have used the Pre-k program for our two young children and Miss Mikayla and Miss Amanda are fantastic people. They are very supportive and compassionate with the children. Mrs. Danielle does an awesome job with the Pre-k program as its coordinator. James and his Aquatics staff are wonderful people who genuinely give 100% when teaching children to swim. My children have excelled in the program much more than the other facility that we tried. Thank you all for making this establishment a great place for learning, fitness and learning a very important life skill, swimming.

  • I’ve been a member of Sportsplex in New Windsor for the past year, and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever joined. From day one, I was welcomed with encouragement, positivity, and genuine support from both the staff and other members. It never felt intimidating—only motivating. Over the past year, I’ve lost over 80 pounds, and the transformation goes far beyond just the number on the scale. When I first started, I couldn’t even hold a plank. Now, I’m doing burpees—something I never thought I’d be capable of. That kind of progress doesn’t happen without an environment that truly invests in your success. What makes Sportsplex special is the community. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a place where people lift each other up, celebrate wins (big and small), and push you to be your best. It really feels like a family. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be supported, challenged, and inspired, Sportsplex is it.

  • Edit: the owner handled this complaint very professionally and acknowledged the need for improvement, so I am adding a star for that only. I personally wouldn’t deal with her party manager again but at least the owners are respectful to paying customers. Do NOT book your child’s birthday party here. Jackie is beyond rude and unprofessional. She was angry and annoyed from the day I called to simply review the party details. When we showed up and I offered to help carry supplies to the room she told me “you have 2 options, we host or you do it yourself” I said oh I just was asking since the water bottles are heavy and she replied again “YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS.” I let that slide but then she shows up for cake cutting and berates her own team members right in front of us, snaps at one of my guests for asking a question, and then takes the cake my 6 year old is eating while he is eating it, throws it away telling him the party is over it’s time to go. I was shocked and so disappointed. Never again!

  • Me and my son went to do his basketball drills on the half court they have at the Sportsplex in Jan2025 we were visiting relatives in Marlboro for the weekend so we paid for a day pass $25/adult + $10/child 12u. and it snowed so much while we were there uber wouldn’t pick us up we had to wait on a relative to come and almost didn’t make it back home in the snow in a 2 wheel driving car. Luckily a man in a big truck with 4 wheel drive drove us up the hill to our relatives house and we went down to get our car we left at the convenience store in the morning! Now we say we went in a snow storm to do drills🏀

  • I had my daughter’s Birthday party at Sportsplex and it was AWESOME! Great customer service. The party package was affordable and realistic. Jackie and her team were AMAZING! Jackie walked me through everything from beginning to end. She listened, guided and turned my vision into reality. My daughter had a great time with her friends. All I had to do was show up and everything was taken care of. The staff were helpful, caring, and polite. The facility was very clean. I would recommend using Sportsplex for your next Birthday party.
