  • I enrolled my kids back in 2023 when I moved back to bk my son graduated out last year he loves the school and the teachers so much I had to enroll him in the after school program. My daughter is going to prek and she loves it and her teachers. I love how they have holiday events. And summer camp they go on trips every week and at the end of the summer they plan a end of the summer trip last summer, we went to sesame place can’t wait to see what trip they have planned this summe.. I myself have seen how they been treating the kids with kindness love as if they are their own kids. I have no problem with the staff they communicate with the parents About their children very well. Sad To say this will be my daughter‘s last year after step-by-step she will be graduating 2027 But I will guarantee be putting her in the after school program. So take it for me do not pay that negative review any man my kids have been going here for a few years now and they love it. I would not enroll my kids anywhere. They don’t feel safe

  • I had a very good experience with this daycare. The love and support I and my kids had from this daycare is unforgettable. Mr. Jackson is my kids’ favorite. We no longer live in that area and my kids had to change the school but we still miss this daycare and the loving staff ❤️❤️

  • DONT SEND UR CHILD TO THIS DAY CARE. !!THEY MISHANDLED KIDS AND THEY DONT TAKE CARE ABOUT UR CHILD BEING. AND THEY COVER UP FOR THEMSELVES. THEY WILL HAVE YOUR KIDS LOOKING DIRTY AND BARELY FED. THEY SO QUICK TO TELL YOU THAT THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CHILD. YOUR KIDS WILL GET HURT AND THEY WOULD COVER THEMSELVES. ONE OF THE WORSE DAYCARE IN NYC. DO NOT HESITATE TO SEND YOUR INNOCENT CHILD HERE.

  • I am extremely disappointed by how the preschool handled my child. we started at the beginning of the week and instead of giving my child time to adjust they quickly decided this was the wrong setting for him because he was too full of life. rather than offering support, suggestions or solutions they turned him away.

  • My son is in 3k. I love this school. They're very caring and understanding. The teachers communicate everyday Via notebook. I like the yellow and green uniform as well. My son is coming home telling me all the amazing stuff he learned.

  • Step by step is an excellent school. My daughter attended step by step and now my son and my niece are following her footsteps. They are doing extremely well in school and are very advanced for their age. Thanks to the teachers at Step by Step my children are above average in all their subject areas. I highly recommend this school to any parents looking for a strong start for their child/children future. Thanks again to the faculty at Step by Step for making me a proud parent and to watch my children grow with the help of you guys.
