Oksana KravchenkoApr 22, 2026Olga is very rude and unpleasant she has an attitude. The workers look and act miserable. Very unsanitary place the classrooms are almost as disgusting as Olga’s attitude. If you care about your children don’t send them here worst experience ever.
Wrist WorksApr 21, 2026Our experience at Steps 2 Success in the new year was great so far. Our daughter was turning two and the butterfly class was practically full but due to our history for another relative they managed to open a seat. Olga is very kind and thorough with explaining the amenities, activities and food offerings. She is especially knowledgeable in setting up speech therapy and various evaluations. They also made my daughters birthday very special with cupcakes decorations and a pizza party. My daughter is very happy with the toys and staff, she is always laughing and smiling despite her stubborn personality. They teach her how to use utensils and share her toys. Its also nice that they have monthly themes to celebrate all cultures and holidays. I would also like to add that the price is fair and offers a lot to students like music lessons and preschool education. The brightwheel app has been great so far in terms of announcements and tons of photos which we greatly appreciate as busy parents . Hours are very good for all families with 7am to 7 pm. The only downside to this daycare is lack of parking along a very busy street, I am constantly double parking in a bus lane which is stressful. Children also get sick very often in daycare, and my daughter has gone through tons of sick days. I do hope they can invest in an air purifier and sanitize items more often. We hope children can all build immunity in the long term.
michelle grutmanMar 4, 2026I would think twice about using this daycare facility. They over packed the classrooms with children, the staff and also directors (Olga)are rude. While going for a tour, I noticed that none of the staff had control of the classroom. The school prioritizes over packing classrooms as opposed to actually caring about their students.
