  "We absolutely love Storybook Kids Prep!" As a dad of two little ones (ages 3 and 5), finding a daycare that I could truly trust felt impossible—until we found Storybook Kids Prep. From the very first tour, I could tell this place was special. The teachers are so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. My kids run into the building every morning with huge smiles, which says it all! They’re always talking about the fun projects, lessons they learned, and stories they did that day. The classrooms are bright, clean, and full of learning materials that keep them curious and engaged. I also love how the staff keeps parents in the loop with photos, updates, and progress reports—it really gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. Since starting at Storybook, both of my children have blossomed—my oldest has become more confident and ready for kindergarten, and my youngest has learned so many new words and social skills.   CHECK THE OCFS WEBSITE FIRST BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR CHILD HERE. My son was part of this program for a year and a half before I had to pull him out due to negligence and the negligence leading to a head injury. There was a major lack of supervision and after my son's injury I was not contacted until 2 hours after. To make things worse the daycare lied about the injury and how he got it. This alone violates numerous ocfs standards who did their own investigation and found negligence of the staff. Also, my son has extremely sensitive skin and he was givin a doctor's note to the daycare that he needs to be changed every 2 or 3 hours or when soiled. I was noticing on the activity log that he was regularly going 4, 5 even 6 hours without a diaper change completely going against the pediatricians orders. So yea send your child here at your own risk. And yeah the owner is reading this probably know who I am, good. Charging almost 2K a month should be criminal and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better. 0 stars if it was an option. You owe me and my son an apology for traumatizing him.

  They bought another branch. Operated for 3 months- semi normally. Then after normal daycare hours on a holiday weekend, we got a message telling all the parents that we no longer had childcare as of the day after labor day. We literally got the notice at 530pm on a Friday to find alternate child care for the Tuesday after labor day. No notice to parents and no notice to the staff- they were let the staff go when they picked up their checks.
