  • I enrolled my one year old as I had to take care of my elderly parents on 8th Avenue last minute. Ms. Cathy was very helpful and got me in asap so I was very grateful for that. Ms. Annie was the teacher and she is super sweet and patient with the children. The daycare is inside a private house, the areas were kept clean. The daycare provides all meals, freshly prepared on site. The food is Chinese cuisine and my child seemed to love all the meals. The monthly rate is super reasonable (compared to NJ prices). You just have to bring diapers, wipes and a water bottle for your child. The only thing is you provide some supplies on your first week such as Clorox wipes, tissues etc, which wasn’t too bad either. My child also started speaking some Cantonese which I thought was really cute. There are no cameras to view your child live or app but you can message the daycare directly. The response can be quicker at times but they always get back to you. Not a deal breaker. I might return in the fall since I live in NJ, depending on my parents situation. Overall, I am very satisfied with Sunshine Family Daycare.
