  • Had the most experience at Temple Beth Sholom with Colbeh caterers for my wedding. Fanya and her staff worked tirelessly to make our visions come true. The owner was extremely generous and gave us the wedding of our dreams for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!!

  • Great place to be a part of a wonderful congregation. Very friendly and fun and caring and just good people. You would be amazed at the different vibe you feel as compared to many others. Check it out, what do you have to lose? Say hi and see how there really is so much to gain.

  • I just drove from the south end of Queens to Temple, Beth shalom to pay my respects to a clients family suffering a great loss. As I stood in the back for about no more than five minutes, I was approached by a young Spanish gentleman that asked me to follow him, he had to ask me a question. He then proceeds to ask me if I am OK, he asked me what I am doing there and if I know the name of the family, so I proceeded to tell him the full name of the mom who I’ve known for over 10 years and the other people involved as well and he says well some people said you look suspicious. Anyone that knows me knows how ridiculous this comment is. I feel personally attacked and harassed by this. I said to him after he asked me more than four times if I was OK what is indicating you that I am not? Then I said I am going to leave because this is unprofessional and this is not the time to have a confrontation. This is the most hurtful thing that has ever happened to me and it’s aware to me that this happens to people more often than not. I am in disbelief I am hurt and I am shocked at the treatment from the staff of Temple, Beth shalom in Roslyn .

  • Gorgeous synagogue for a wedding, Colbeh provided fantastic food with professional catering and service. Only wish during this time they had bathrooms cleaned and stocked during affair. Overall it was a nice hall.
