DevinJan 31, 2026I tried to contact you 4 times, both via call and email, without a return call. I am unclear as to how that is trying to make things right.
BlessedNov 6, 2025A few years ago, our children went to school here. Some employees of this daycare center were okay. Later, we had a change and had to tell the school that we could not go to school here. The principal happened to be on vacation. After that, we had to ask the principal every day if we had returned to school. Later, when we found the principal, she actually knew that we were leaving the school. When we asked her to return our deposit, she said she could not return it to us. When we enrolled, we were asked to pay a deposit of about 500 US dollars. Our deposit of 500 US dollars was confiscated by this principal for nothing. I really couldn't accept it at the time. Sometimes I still think about how such an incomprehensible thing could happen. Everyone should never choose such a school. I don't want everyone to be hurt in the same way.
Xiuxian ChenSep 11, 2024This daycare is absolutely amazing. The people there actually care about the progress your child makes, and you see physical and mental improvements on a daily basis. My son has been there for about a month now and I couldn't be happier. I am never afraid to drop him off or feel bad that he is not getting attention, because he gets so much individualized attention every day. They are fantastic and I wouldn't want my son anywhere else.

eileen lesarFeb 22, 2021After looking at a couple of daycare options Tendercare was the first place our oldest son actually walked around and played in during our visit. Everyone was so nice and professional and made us feel comfortable and secure in our decision. We graduated 2 kids from their program, from the infant room all the way through the after school program. Our kids were well taken care of, made great friends and over the years everyone at Tendercare really became family. Tendercare had a big hand in helping us raise our boys into the big kids they are today and we can’t thank them enough. We are so grateful for the guidance, support and environment they provide; we would recommend Tendercare to anyone!
