  • I enrolled my 5 year old here for summer camp. Hoping and praying for a joyful summer camp experience. Unfortunately my son wasn’t even given a chance. My son is 5 , he was being put in a new environment, with new teachers , new staff , new kids. This was his first time ever stepping foot in this program . In this location. When my son gets overwhelmed he will scream, if a child wants a toy he’s currently enjoying, he will have a hard time with sharing especially if it’s a child who he doesn’t know. It was the first day. Within 3 hours of the first day , I received a phone call. The teacher Ms. Monica , who I will say was kind to us . She made me feel comfortable and I opened up to her about my son and his struggles. She asked if he had a hard time with transitioning, I told her yes he does and there maybe a small adjustment period needed for him. She seemed open, and honest as she also brought up her struggles with her own son . She gave me the impression that this incident with Jayden screaming during the transitions, along with the throwing of the toy due to his frustration was nothing to really worry about as it was the first day in a new setting and that can be tough for some children. She even gave me paper work to bring back tomorrow. Can you believe later that day I received an email informing me that my son got kicked out the program???!!!!! Stating they do not deal with behavioral challenges or kids with IEP. I expressed to them that my son did not have an IEP, but at that point it did not matter, they had already classified him as “crazy” difficult to deal with over the spand of 3 hours within the first day of camp. At the end of the day it was for the best. I would rather my son be kicked out then to deal with staff who in fact do not care about his wellbeing nor have the proper staff for any child. I would have much rather be told this information in person. Please consider that the next time an issue like this occurs again , and to those parents with kids with challenging behaviors or who requires adjustment DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE they will judge you and discriminate you.

  • They don't even pick up their phone. We're supposed to trust our kids to these people?

  • More like the "Un-caring Tree"! SPECIAL NEEDS PARENTS BEWARE! This facility is not capable of accommodating special needs children and other parents should know it. The staff are pleasant, but seem overwhelmed. The owner is completely unprofessional. Dismissed my child, without proper advanced notification, in an untimely manner (one day notice of discontinuing his term there.) Don't waste your time, energy, and money putting your kids here.

  • We are so happy that we live by the caring tree because it's been a life saver during the pandemic. Our son goes there for his remote learning so my wife and I can work. They are caring and patient with him. He gets all his work done there and has organized play time as well. We are in constant contact with the staff and they are very easy to reach. They're very professional and hard working.

  • When they say Caring Tree, they really mean it. The staff is literally caring, professional, and ensuring that my child is on top of his school work. The Caring Tree has been a life saver, especially during the pandemic. They remain in constant communication and when any challenges have arrived, we have been able to navigate them and resolve them together. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

  • They are always making sure my child is good and always texting me to maintain me in form of what’s going on with my child.
