The museum is filled with loads of information about the city of Oswego. There are playful speedway toys, farms, businesses, restaurants for the kids to play pretend and learn at the sane time. You will not be disappointed. Go on down and visit the CMO now. They also have a party room. Another thing, when you leave, you can always go back before the days end. That's a big plus.
Nailah FullertonAug 2, 2026This was the BEST place! So awesome for kids creative imagination!! Wish we had one where we live.
Lisa OttJun 29, 2026Came for prek field trip. Great for all ages. Very well cleaned and well organized many things to do and 2 floors of fun. Will come as much as possible.
Rebecca RamishMay 20, 2026Awesome place to entertain your little ones! Hands-On activities!
MarkApr 25, 2026Awesome place for our 4 year old to visit. We came to town for a different event, but it got rained out, so we came here instead. I loved that each of the little rooms was a different theme. For example, it was awesome to use the giant toothbrush to clean the giant teeth in the dentistry room. There were areas tailored to smaller children/toddlers, but preschoolera can get a lot out of the exhibits too - we got to help our son complete a circuit and light up some lights! He saw what happened when portions of the circuit were removed, etc. There was also a lot of physical activity - a tree house with a slide and a "cloud climb," which helped get some wiggles out. If we lived locally, we would certainly have a membership here.
Kris PAug 19, 2024Amazing facility, staff is friendly and the variety of activities keeps everyone entertained for hours. It’s hard finding indoor things to do with children around here but CMOO is definitely worth the money (and drive!) downstairs’ there is a water table that has different types of rain fall and toys, then when you go upstairs they have soft play for the tiny kiddos that aren’t big enough for the imagination play. The imagination play is something I’ve never seen before, they have hands on learning with a farmers market, dentist office, fire station and many more. I would say this place is appropriate and enjoyable for all ages!

What kind of child care is The Children’s Museum of Oswego?
