When I am quality care, the group daycare is top tier. You will not find a better group daycare in east harlem for your child. The love and work this family put into caring for childern shows. I have known this daycare for years before having my little one and I already knew that I was going to place my child here. Hands down! Convenient. Reliable, and educated is the top 3 words works I can think of when it comes to the explorers daycare.
LOVELYNov 12, 2025The staff truly care about the children and treat them like family. My daughter loves going every day — she’s always excited to see her teachers and friends, and I can see how much she’s learning and growing. The environment is clean, safe, and full of fun, engaging activities. I always feel informed and confident that my daughter is in great hands. Thank you to everyone at The Explorers Daycare for creating such a loving, nurturing space. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind you give me every day! 💕
Charonquie JohnsonNov 11, 2025Michelle and her mom are beautiful people inside and out. They make sure my daughter is very well kept she eats a lot there and she gets a lot of attention. Also, they are very understanding and cooperating with you & it is easy to communicate with them. They also communicate with you about your child anything minor will let you know and anything major. I definitely recommend Children being in the care of this daycare :*
Danielle FrancisNov 11, 2025My son has been a student at this day care since 2 months and I have 0 complaints. The staff is helpful, understanding, supportive and so friendly. I was very nervous to leave my young baby in a daycare where he would be the youngest and away from me for so long as I had to return to work. Michelle the daycare owner and her staff have always reassured me with photos, phone calls, FaceTimes and even allowing my random pop ins. My baby is now 8 months old and to see how much he’s grown with this daycare is so wholesome. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in the Harlem/central park area! It is also conveniently equal distance to the 2,3 or 6 line!!!
Toni-Ann WilsonJan 9, 2025We’re sad there’s no more explorers for us. Michelle, Nona and Ben are great childcare providers. Down to professionalism, organization, and cleanness. They explored everything with the children, down to music instruments. My daughter was happy & safe during her time there. From newborn until 3years old, I would recommend this daycare for your child. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, thank you!
Jenice WilliamsAug 17, 2024We were so lucky to find The Explorers Daycare to look after our 2 babies. Michelle is extremely adorable. The daycare has all kind of toys, games and everything babies, infants and toddlers can dream of when spending a great day with their buddies. Cleanliness is always important, but even more so Michelle ’s place excels in that regard. But what is most important is Michelle herself, and the lovely way she connects with the kids, always learning new things and meanings. Having met Michelle has been an extraordinary source of support for my sons and ourselves these last months: we were sure they were in a safe, warm and stimulating environment. Highly recommended!
