We are huge fans of Foundry Montessori's summer camp. Karen is a consistently kind, warm and communicative director, and her team are fantastic. We particularly appreciate the diversity of activities, and exciting field trips the kids make each day. Karen is very plugged into and knowledgable about the local landscape and community, and makes thoughtful use of these connections to the benefit of the children. We are so grateful to have been a part of the Foundry Montessori's cozy and magical summer camp experience!

The Foundry, with its wonderful teachers and led by the incredible Ms Karen, encourages every child to explore their passions, create, become curious, play in nature and have fun learning. Every day our children come home happy and telling us all about the fun they had at school. We are so fortunate to have found the Foundry!!

Not only is the education exceptional, the children are taught what it means to be a citizen of both Cold Spring and the world, how to care for others and be of service and live in community. The focus on the outdoors and the thoughtful approach to school trips is unmatched, and the children are exposed to so many things to help them make sense of the world in a way that is developmentally appropriate yet impactful and relevant. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone looking to have a warm, connected and community driven preschool experience.

The teachers are incredibly warm, attentive, and skilled at creating an environment where children truly love to learn. It is such a comfort knowing our son is in such capable hands every day.
