Good spot, kid loves it
M WienerAug 6, 2026This center really cares for children and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
Brian DupreyJul 28, 2026I LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner Jennifer cares so much, and you can tell just from talking to her! 100% recommend!!!
Faith YocumJul 28, 2026Do your research and look at the OCFS violations that should tell you not to send your kid there. Pulled my granddaughter out teachers definitely lack certifications and proper training !!!! I know finding day care is hard …but this place was an absolute nightmare !

Sarina BevilacquaDec 30, 2025Child spent over a year here. These are the takeaways. 1. A childcare establishment should have calm presence at the top which trickles down through teachers, and then to kids. We cant expect the kids to be calm when the building is rattling with chaos at all times. 2. Go to OCFS to see what violations this facility has. 3. When expressing concerns would hear from owner that they “have a business to run”. 4. Business model seems to have accidentally become: create a chaotic environment for kids and teachers, then put all burden on kids for expressing stressed out behaviors, and find a way to get child diagnosed with something early. 4. If your kid wants to kick ball (it will cost extra), if your kids wants to play an instrument (it will cost extra). The new trend of bringing in outside companies to play extra with kids?? 5. They have now partnered with an evaluator to assist with early intervention. This is of course a great thing and standard at many daycares. But please take some focus off of kids behavior when your facility is playing a major role in stressing them out even more. The evaluators should hopefully see the patterns and take this into consideration. 6. I get it, a day care is a hard place to manage. Young kids are chaotic. But if the place is a revolving door of stressed out staff how can you expect the children to be nurtured? 7. The owner says they “have a business to run”, well they have no business running a childcare establishment. By the way took child out due to the chaos, at new facility they are thriving. Literally runs into class and doesnt want to leave when we pick up. Something that never happened over a full year at this place.

What kind of child care is The Learning Garden Childcare Center?

- No. New York's public child care roster carries no violation or inspection fields, and no separate statewide dataset of them was found, so nothing here reflects The Learning Garden Childcare Center's inspection history either way. Look the provider up in the OCFS child care search to read its violations and whether they were corrected.
