Dont waste your time or money. The lone bright spot of the center is teacher Maya. Once my daughter moved up to the next room and no longer had her it was problematic at best. My 15 month old daughter was going through a tough biting phase which only occurred at daycare and the teachers claimed they tried to correct it, but after a handful of times we were ordered to start picking her up during the work day after the 1st incident, which was sometimes by 10am and would still charge us for the full day. Finally we had a long meeting on how we could try to help mitigate the issue since 1. we work full time jobs and couldn’t easily leave during the day, and 2. It was only happening at daycare so we had no way to correct it at home. THE NEXT BITE exactly 1 week after our meeting we were told she was no longer welcome back and we had to pick her up immediately. I have family members and friends that have worked in daycares that were completely appalled when we told them that. A 15 month old. Being expelled from a daycare for completely normal, albeit frustrating, behavior. The center is clearly not adequately equipped to handle things like this. The owner isn’t even there most the time because she has a full time job as an AP at a local high school so good luck communicating with her. The food options are mediocre at best. Place smells like incense mixed with stale food as you walk in. We only went there because of the flexibility in scheduling and it was truly the worst mistake we ever made for our child. Run before you waste thousands of dollars and regret it like we did
Kevin AusanioFeb 25, 2025My daughter started at the learning garden a few months ago. This daycare is wonderful! The teachers in my daughters room are great with the kids. Everyone is so friendly. I love that they are always doing activities and different things with them. I love the updates they give us. My daughter loves going there too, which makes me feel comfortable. They have been a huge help by being consistent with potty training. I'm so glad I found this daycare, best one we have been to by far!
N FNov 28, 2023Our daughter has been in two different age group rooms at The Learning Garden West and we are so pleased with the level of care that she receives. All the teachers are so kind and caring. They come up with fun and developmentally appropriate activities and crafts to do every day. They are very communicative and the center director is excellent. My daughter wakes up asking to go to daycare every day because she loves it there so much. Can’t say enough positive things about this daycare.
Jacqueline BoydSep 20, 2023As a parent, I am beyond comfortable dropping my children off at The Learning Garden West knowing that they are in the absolute best care. My oldest child has flourished due to the socialization, the activities and lessons the teachers plan, and the personalized care and attention that every single one of the staff members provides. They are flexible with schedule accommodations and provide a warm and safe environment. I am given updates of my children throughout the day and a detailed day sheet at pickup. I could not be more pleased with our continued experience and care at The Learning Garden West!
Monique AlbaneseJul 28, 2023I have two boys at The Learning Garden West, I have never looked for anywhere else to send them! They both started when they were 4 months old and have been treated like they were family by the staff, director & owner. I’m not going to lie and say everyday was rainbows and unicorns, but any time I have had a problem or concern it has been addressed promptly and seriously by the teachers, director & owner. My kids LOVE going in every morning and that speaks volumes!! I have also felt they have been doing a wonderful job preparing my oldest for Pre-K & Kindergarten, he’s going to hit the ground running in school both academically & socially. Couldn’t imagine sending them anywhere else!
Kim HJul 17, 2023We have had our first child enrolled in The Learning Garden West since 2019, and we love all of the staff! They feel like family to us! When we moved in 2021 and we’re expecting another child, we knew even though we would have to travel farther to take our children to daycare there was no where else we would rather go. Our daughters love it here and we are at ease knowing they are in excellent hands while we are at work! We will welcome our 3rd child in December and feel at ease knowing that our children are well taken care of and excited to go to daycare every day!!
