Before I say anything, I would like to point out that of the 9 positive reviews they have, 6 come from employees. Of those 6, 3 are from the same employee. So 2/3 of their reviews are from a biased source. With that said... What a terrible experience we had with this daycare. The owner raised her prices 3 times in one year, broke the contract and closed for a whole week outside of the parameters of the contract (just because she wanted to), and has the most ridiculous policies. She sends weekly and sometimes daily threats to parents that she will send their children home for a myriad of reasons, like having crocs on, because its "not appropriate footwear for outside activities." She also has a policy that you must choose a dedicated pick up time. For every minute you are late for that pickup time, she charges you a dollar per minute. So if you hit traffic on your way to pick up your child and you're seven minutes late, you will be charged an extra $7. She also claims to be open 6am to 6pm. This is false advertising. She is only open at 6am if you tell her days in advance, and even then may still tell you "too bad." And if she does decide you're worthy enough for her to open at her advertised time, she will charge you a pretty penny. They advertise flexibility to fit your schedule, this is an absolute falsehood. The amount of last minute closures was insane. Just know that if the school shuts down for snow, so will this daycare. Now, on to the quality of childcare.... We had to deal with daily incident reports of my child being hit, bitten, slapped, pushed, pulled, and kicked, sometimes multiple reports in one day. When we would pull in in the morning, my child would realize where we were, and say to me "no, dada, boo boo. Hurt. Ouch. Want home." This was a gut wrenching experience as a first time parent. The owner is rude, and her demeanor is far more suited to deal with inmates, not children. I promise you her negativity and misery will spill into your home should you choose to involve yourself with this terrible woman and her terrible business. When we sent our 2 week notice that we were leaving, she immediately hit us with fictitious late pick up fees and started gouging for all the money she could snake out of us. I promise you, you will regret sending your child here. If she doesn't make your child's life a living hell, she will most certainly make your life a living hell. I am positive the owner will chirp back at this in an attempt to discredit this review and feign ignorance, but I can only hope this review saves someone from the absolute nightmare of an experience we went through.
Joe ZerboAug 8, 2025I couldn’t be happier to send my kids to this daycare! The staff is wonderful, accommodating and care so much for my children! With children in two different age rooms, I have met all of the staff and can say I’m truly honored to be part of this daycare family!! If I could give more than five stars, I WOULD!
Allyssa HolmesJul 9, 2025Great place for kids to built relationships with staff and peers. The caretakers are nurturing and encouraging in helping little ones grow and thrive in and out of the classroom. Overall a safe and lovely place for you’re children to go!
Andrew FarrellJul 9, 2025It’s easy to overlook how much goes on behind the scenes at a daycare, but the owners of Tiny Tots deserve serious recognition. Their commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children in our community is unmatched. They put in long hours, follow every regulation to the letter, and handle everything from staffing and curriculum planning to licensing and maintenance—all while showing up every day with genuine care for each family that walks through the door. Their center is not only the only licensed daycare in Dansville with zero violations, but also a reflection of the values and integrity they lead with. It’s disappointing to see fake reviews try to undermine that kind of effort, but the truth is clear to anyone who actually knows this place: these owners are the heart of the daycare, and they’re doing an incredible job. 💪✨ Thank you for all that you do.
Bethany StormJul 9, 2025This daycare stands out for all the right reasons. It’s the only licensed daycare center in Dansville with no violations on record—which speaks volumes about the level of care, professionalism, and safety they provide every single day. It’s honestly disheartening to see false reviews being posted about such a well-run and caring center. These kinds of baseless claims not only try to damage the reputation of hardworking professionals but also mislead families who are just trying to make the best choice for their children. Thankfully, the fake reviews have been properly reported, and the truth about the quality of this daycare speaks for itself.
Bethany BojinoffJul 9, 2025I’ve had the chance to witness the environment and the care provided, and it’s clear this is a place that prioritizes children’s well-being and development. The staff is professional, warm, and truly dedicated to what they do. Unfortunately, there have been some falsified reviews circulating, but I want to make it known that those have been properly reported and do not reflect the reality of this facility. It’s important to support places that are doing good work, and this daycare absolutely deserves that recognition.
