  • We had to switch daycares for our grandson due to a negative experience. He went from crying everyday at the other daycare to dropping off and picking up the happiest boy from Together We Grow.. We love ALL the staff especially his teacher Miss. Sarah. We are so grateful for the care they provide to him. It is not just a daycare, but also a wonderful learning environment that he feels safe in. He is excited to see all of his friends and teachers, and NO more crying. Thank you to staff for everything they have done.

  • Our family has had an incredibly positive and supportive experience at Together We Grow. Our son started when he was about 5 months old. Karen, Erin, and all the staff truly care about the kids and get to know them individually. A lot of the staff caring for the children have been at TWG for a long time, which speaks volumes (in a good way!). As first time parents, they did a great job communicating and understanding what we needed. I would highly recommend giving TWG a call if you are looking for a childcare provider in the Syracuse area.

  • Our children have gone here for their entire lives and we would never consider leaving! We couldn't love the owner, manager, and teachers any more than we do! Everyone is so much fun, loving, and patient! Our kids have picked up so many life skills and they will both be academically ready for kindergarten by about the age of 3. Well worth the wait if you're looking!

  • We trust Karen and her employees to nature our little one while we're hard at work. Wonderful family atmosphere and just like Cheers, everyone knows your name.

  • My children have been here for about a year and my toddler loves it here he loves the owner Karen as do I !! I am very sad that we have to leave here the only issue I had was with a few younger providers not being very helpful, but my son has thrived here and learned so much. My daughter is in the after school program here when she first started it was NOT happy at all a lot of her things where taken and the provider in the room was awful since it has been barb and ty in the room my daughter loves it. I am very sad to leave this area and the this daycare!!!! We will miss Karen the owner the most !!

  • It has taken me some time to write this review. I wanted time to cool down and think of a clear response. I brought my son to this daycare when he was 3 months old. We had a great conversation with the owner but were taken back by her assistant. She seemed extremely unprofessional. The first couple months went smooth but things went south fast. I began to notice a high turnover. That obviously made me nervous. With numerous talks with the owner and assistant director about my concerns on how my son came home with a different brand of diaper (someone else's), sent us home with another child's bottle ( a few times), I found him in another baby's crib with their sheets (a few times), feces on his crib sheet, one day he was only fed 1 BOTTLE! Not to mention all of the times they said he needed supplies so I would bring them in to have someone tell me he doesn't need them and they must have mistaken him for another child. There wasn't a week where there wasn't an issue. I also arrived to police in their parking lot due to a break in. That didn't set well with me. I wish I could have pulled him sooner, but as we know daycare isn't available just anywhere and after my experience with this company I was worried to take my son anywhere else without doing extensive research. When I finally found a daycare I notified Together we grow. They responded stating they saw it coming. I made that day I spoke with them the last day my son was to attend. When I went to pick him up they decided to tell me he fell and injured himself. My son had a large dark red bruise on his eye. No one called to tell me this happened. I was beyond upset. Needless to say I will NOT refer a single person to this company EVER.
