My child has gone here for 6.5 years - from 18 months old until 8 years old. Every stage of her life had help being crafted thanks to the amazing staff here at the hopewell tots n us. From the owner to the teachers we have loved and cherished every one of them. Thank you Tots n Us for helping raise my daughter ! We will miss going here but it’s time for a new chapter.
McKenna MarshallMay 5, 2026The people who work here are beyond amazing and consistent with their care for the children. My son hates when I leave and they go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable which in turn makes me feel better about leaving him because they an obviously go above and beyond for them.
Gwenn ManningJan 15, 2026I love Tots N Us. They have taken excellent care of my kids. All of the teachers are so pleasant and it feels very much like a nice family environment. I love walking in the front door and being greeted so warmly every single time. Both of my kids have taken fun field trips and spend plenty of time outdoors running off all of their energy (even in the winter— they will literally put them in a snow suit!). They are almost NEVER closed, even when the weather is bad or there is a minor holiday like President’s Day, which has been such a tremendous help to me as I had a bad experience with another local daycare closing for what felt like literally any minor reason. Dependability is so important for working parents and Tots N Us definitely seems to get that. All of my kids’ teachers are just really wonderful people that I trust completely to do the right thing for my kids. I have no idea how they juggle 3 year olds all day AND keep them all happy, but they do it! I also feel that the cost is very fair, especially when you consider how reliable they have been and the quality of the care that is rendered. Both of my kids think the playgrounds are the best ever. My kids haven’t done it, but there is an option to have lunches provided to your kids for just a few dollars- super helpful if you’re short on time and need a break from packing lunchboxes occasionally. There’s a waiting list for a reason!
Holly ParkerNov 5, 2025I cannot say enough good things about this place! My son was in the 3 year old program and he has grown so much this year. I love the monthly and weekly themes. My son would come home with art projects everyday and his classroom was very big. The staff here are so wonderful, and always accommodating. The playground is awesome. I’m so sad that our time here has ended. This is such a wonderful place!
Grace BilottaAug 30, 2025My daughter's first year in school and Tots-N-Us has exceeded my expectations. I have watched my daughter grow so much, especially socially, since being a part of Ms. Lisa, Ms. Chica, and Ms. Christine's class. My daughter loves school and is always excited when it is a school day. I am beyond grateful for all that they have done and continue to do. I highly recommend Tots-N- Us.
RachaelJun 20, 2025Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. My son got a new teacher in the toddler room and we were in the midst of being told he needed to be potty trained so he could move to the older 3s room which were kids his age . So, we began potty training and this is when he started to have small tantrums every now and again (as any NORMAL 3 year old does) and that’s when my son was being pinned as disruptive and having issues with transitions amongst other things. We were told to come for a meeting with the director and owner where we discussed things we could do to help him. It seemed that we needed to find ways to help him cope, rather than them being a qualified daycare that deals with TODDLERS (babies) and should know how to find ways to redirect him and move on with the day. During this meeting we also got told to try to get a speech evaluation amongst other suggestions. We did everything they asked and more. Instead of getting the help we needed from them, we were now just getting calls every other day to just come get him whenever he was upset. I’d come there and he’d be happy as a clam, but we were just told ‘he is inconsolable’. In hindsight, I realize now they were probably just trying to get us to pull him out as most people can’t leave work constantly to get their child who is crying. Then as weeks went by and this continued - we had an evaluation scheduled with the school district and they came into the classroom to do it. That day the evaluator called us to tell us it went really well, and he was smart and saw no major red flags. While the very next DAY we were told by tots-n-is that our child was no longer welcome at the daycare and to find somewhere else that better suited him. I was DUMBFOUNDED. My husband even suggested he wasn’t being stimulated enough and could we try putting him in a different classroom with kids his age and a different teacher and were immediately shut down. They realistically did not want to work with us to come up with a solution. I believe this is just a business to them and they want the easiest children possible and do not have the best interest of the children at heart. They also clearly do not have qualified people who can handle TODDLERS. Part of me also thinks maybe they didn’t want people coming into the class weekly if my son DID qualify for services. If your child is the slightest inconvenience to them… BEWARE. It’s also disgusting that these places can leave working parents without any child care. We are lucky enough to have other options while we wait to get into another daycare opening. My suggestion is bring your child elsewhere!
