The staff and director, Cindi, are truly in their professions for the right reasons. From the second you walk in the doors, you can tell they honestly care about the wellbeing of all of the children. The facility is immaculate, clean, and organized. Communication is a top priority at the center and you get several updates on your child throughout the day via the app they use. This is very reassuring as a parent and at pick-up you have a clear idea how the day went. Their private chef prepares meals with care and passion and he and Cindi ensure that all of children have well-balanced, fresh and nutritious meals and snacks (with compassionate consideration for those with food allergies, offering alternatives). Since enrolling our child here, my husband and I are beyond grateful for all that center has offered our child. We have peace of mind knowing she is at facility that keeps her safe, truly cares for all of the children and invests in her education even now as a toddler. Our child is thriving and we couldn’t be more thankful to True North. I would strongly recommend any parent in need of daycare to send their children here.
Kathryn DrakeDec 14, 2024My children have greatly improved developmentally and behavior wise after moving them to True North. It is a very clean, structured, and organized facility. Food is made by chef in kitchen with a great selection for kids. The teachers and management are very friendly and very caring for the children. The teachers work well with children with sensory processing disorders and speech delays. My kids are so much happier here and look forward to going back. Thank you True North for your safe environment for my children.
Kevin FalkNov 15, 2024It is amazing to see the children attending our program every day learning and readying themselves for kindergarten. We have been open for 4 years now and many of the children have been with us for the entire 4 years. It is awesome to see them growing up. We are planning an exciting Summer program for the children to attend during July and August. Please call the center if you are interested. Thank you. Mike
Michael FowlerJan 24, 2024My child has had a beautiful experience at True North for over 2 years. I am very grateful that she was able to have such an amazing first time school experience. She adores her teachers and the entire staff and has loved making friends in her classroom. I haven't found a nicer childcare facility: high quality classrooms, clean and beautifully maintained, inside and out. Thank you True North for being such a happy and fulfilling part of my child's early development. We will miss all of you!
NicholeJun 22, 2022I cannot say enough great things about our experience with True North. We brought our daughter in the fall after a negative experience with another center. The previous center left us feeling nervous for a new experience, but I was blown away after day one and continue to be blown away nearly a year later. The combination of the curriculum provided by the teachers and the genuine care provided for my daughter has helped us tremendously. They’re constantly teaching her new things and helping us to coach her through new skills. The level of encouragement the staff gives to each child has helped her self-esteem soar. What makes True North so special is how everyone treats each child is if they’re their own. How often do you wake up in the morning and have your child asking for their teacher, or for the director? She loves them and they love her in return. She can’t leave without giving Miss Cindi a hug goodbye and going through a goodbye ritual with her friends and teachers. The director Cindi and her husband have meticulously worked to create a clean and inviting atmosphere for the children. They designed a stunning center for these kids and have put in a lot of time and consideration into their selections and my daughter benefits as a result. The classrooms are large and full of lots of natural light and have plenty of open play activities. They even included an indoor gym so the kids can get out their energy even when we have bad weather. When it’s warm and beautiful outside there’s a huge playground that includes a special area for the smaller toddlers and a larger playground for the big kids. The way the Fowlers have handled everything related to Covid has been extraordinary. They continued to stay open so that essential employees like my husband and I would still be able to work. We feel confident that our daughter is in the care of individuals that are taking every precaution not only recommended by the state, but additional precautions to make us all feel safe and keep the children healthy. I recommend anyone looking for childcare to reach out and see if they’re able to secure themselves a spot at True North (it’s worth the wait). We have another child on the way and look forward to the experience of them helping us care for her as well.
Heather BangaAug 4, 2020I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with True North has been. We knew we wanted our child in a daycare facility and spent quite a bit of time researching the options in the area. There was only one option that had the kind of stable and loving environment we wanted - but it had a two year wait list. Then, True North opened their doors and we decided to try one last time in hopes that it would be something like we wanted. It was everything we hoped for and more. From a logistical perspective: - They have excellent care standards, including germ strategies, safety protocols, and behavior correction methods. - Their prices are more than competitive - hundreds lower than some of the other nearby daycare facilities that don't offer nearly as many features. - Their curriculum and play plans are fantastic. My little one learns new things every day and gets great active time exploring different play options! From a mama's heart: - This center runs like a family. The low turnover rate and great leadership build strong relationships; among teachers, staff, parents, and students. I never doubt that they've got each other's backs, keep my kiddo safe and happy, and have my best interests at heart. - The love and genuine care for my little one is obvious. Many of these teachers know him - not just the ones who have him during the day. And they don't just know him by facial recognition... they've demonstrated (without even trying) that they know his tendencies, his interests, and his routines. - They accept me and work with me, faults and all. I'm a hot mess mom, trying to keep my head on straight in a crazy world. But these wonderful people see it and help. They offer support in ways they really don't have to. They have compassion for my circumstances and my parenting choices - choosing empathy at every opportunity. They partner with me to ensure that my child gets consistency between home and daycare. They are truly invested in our family. We are grateful to have them, and we often reflect on how blessed we are that the other options didn't work out. True North is the best choice we could have made for our family.
