Recent parent reviews

  • Our family had a very disappointing first experience with this program. During drop-off, my child was visibly overwhelmed and needed patience and reassurance, but instead the Executive Director of the program responded in a way that felt shaming and dismissive. That is not the kind of environment any child should be walking into. Rather than helping my child feel safe and supported, the interaction made him feel embarrassed in front of staff and other parents. As a parent, I expect children to be treated with dignity, especially in a new setting where they are already nervous. What happened was inappropriate and deeply concerning. This was a very poor first impression and raised serious concerns about the tone, professionalism, and emotional support provided by the program. A child should never be shamed for having a hard time separating from a parent.

  • I switched my children from one of those corporate childcare providers to Victoria Children's Group, and my kids couldn't be happier! The teachers are nicer and more caring, and I know that the people in charge will not just disappear or quit (like what happened when I was sending my kids to a childcare provider run by a corporation). I wish I had known about VCG sooner!

  • I must truly say that VCG has been by far a favorite of mine this school is very diverse and this is why I love it so much. I had 3 children at VCG and I never had any issues my children truly missed the family at VCG they have been a part of my children’s early intervention they also have been so attentive to one of my boys in helping him utilize different tools and breathing techniques during his difficult days. Furthermore , this school has a huge space in my heart I am forever great full to all the staff members past and present. I highly recommend this school. MISS YOU ALL!
