  • Being part of the WIGD family has been the best decision we could have made for our kids. When we had our first we were so nervous about childcare. When we met Amanda, the owner, she told us about why she started her business - safe and caring childcare for her own kids, the importance of educational enrichment classes, bilingual circle time, movement (yoga and dance) classes, celebrations on holidays and birthdays, time outside, crafts, etc. An added bonus was that we could watch our kids in real time via her camera system and get updates via an app on how much they sleep, eat, potty, etc. Both of our kids always came home happy and glad to go to daycare. The teachers are caring, kind, and dote on all the kids. Our youngest is about to start school this fall and I am sad that our daycare journey there is ending. If you are looking for safe, fun, enriching home-based childcare I highly recommend WIGD.

  • We absolutely love Where Imagination Grows Daycare! Both of our children attend and we are so pleased! A home daycare is amazing for us because our children get the catered experience we value. Amanda and her teachers are attentive and loving. Our kids feel loved and valued. We feel so secure leaving our children in their care each day. One of our children developed a new food allergy and Amanda handled everything so professionally and instilled even more confidence in our choice to leave them in her care. They make each day fun and our children are exposed to new things and people! They do circle time every day and focus on skills for their overall development. A yoga instructor comes every other week to sing songs and teach the kids how to move their bodies. There is always something to look forward to. Our kids are excited to go to “school” each day, seeing their friends and their teachers. Where Imagination Grows Daycare is truly a home away from home for our kids and we cannot recommend them enough!

  • My two youngest children have attended this daycare since 6 weeks old (now ages 4 and 2). They have been cared for with so much love and care that I have never had to worry for their safety. They have learned so much and concerns for milestone delays were discussed with concern. Amanda has been such a huge part of my family’s village and I am so grateful for this daycare. Highly recommend this daycare.

  • My daughter has been at Where Imagination Grows Daycare since she was 1 year old. As a first-time mother, I wasn’t sure what to expect, and honestly, I was terrified to leave my daughter in the care of someone I didn’t know. From the very beginning, Amanda—the owner—was so welcoming, patient, and attentive to every question and concern I had. She made the transition incredibly smooth and gave me peace of mind during a time that felt so uncertain. One of the biggest comforts has been their live camera system, which allows me to check in on my daughter throughout the day. It’s such a relief knowing I can see her laughing, learning, and playing in real-time. Now at 3 years old, my daughter has truly blossomed. Thanks to the thoughtful and engaging curriculum Amanda has created, she’s learned so much—from Spanish, ABCs, and numbers to social skills and independence. Amanda and her team are not only professional but also incredibly loving and deeply knowledgeable. They treat each child with such genuine care, and it shows in how happy and confident my daughter has become. Another amazing feature is the variety of enrichment activities they offer. There’s a wonderful instructor who visits regularly to teach yoga and other fun classes, helping the kids stay active and mindful. And when it comes to holidays or birthdays, Amanda goes above and beyond—decorating, organizing celebrations, and creating lasting memories for both the children and parents. It truly feels like a second home. Finding Where Imagination Grows has been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. I recommend this daycare wholeheartedly to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and inspiring place for their little one to grow.

  • We can’t say enough good things about Where Imagination Grows Daycare! From the very first day, Amanda and her team have gone above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment for our son. Amanda is kind, professional and passionate about early childhood development as it is evident in everything she does from the engaging activities such as yoga, to the personal attention to detail she gives each child. Our little one is thriving here and is always so excited to go to daycare in the morning! There is a perfect mix of play and learning here that has inspired both curiosity and growth in our son. We also appreciate the communication that Amanda provides through the app with photos and notes of our son’s meals and diaper changes throughout the day. The space is clean, safe and beautifully set up for the kids to learn through play. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved and supported, WIGD is it. We are beyond grateful to have found this gem!
