  • As a photographer, I’ve enjoyed capturing many special events at Woodbury Jewish Center. The venue offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful spaces that photograph wonderfully. The staff is attentive and professional, helping every event run smoothly. A great location for creating lasting memories.

  • This place puts on a great show during cocktail hour—I’ll give them that. Big production, looks impressive. But here’s the reality: cocktail hour is only one hour, and if your guests show up even a little late, they’re basically left hungry. After the ceremony, we walked into the main hall and were hit with a smell like expired fish completely unacceptable for a wedding venue. It didn’t get any better from there. The salads on the table tasted spoiled, and the schnitzel (one of the easiest dishes to get right) tasted like cardboard. I asked to speak to the chef, and instead the manager came out with a dismissive attitude saying, “This is what your brother and his fiancée chose at the tasting. This is what they wanted and it is what it is” That’s not just unprofessional—it’s insulting. I spoke to my brother after the wedding, and he said the food they were served at the tasting was completely different from what was served at the actual event. He was just as disgusted and disappointed. On top of that, this venue requires full payment upfront, so once they have your money, you’re stuck. This place is a complete ripoff. The entire kitchen staff needs to be replaced, immediately!

  • We had the most incredible experience with our wedding at Woodbury Jewish Center. From the very beginning, Nicole made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Everything leading up to the wedding went so smoothly that I never felt overwhelmed at all. Nicole kept everything organized and communicated clearly what we needed to do, which took so much off our plates. On the wedding day, everything flowed perfectly and every moment seemed effortless. The team’s professionalism, care, and attention to detail truly made our day special. We felt completely supported and confident from start to finish, and it showed in how beautifully everything turned out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more amazing person than Nicole! We highly recommend Woodbury Jewish Center to anyone planning their wedding!

  • Stop what you are doing and book this venue. Nicole is an absolute dream to work with and she helped us make our wedding perfect even with all of our different requests (2 Tisches, huge bridal party, after party, etc.) You don’t need a wedding planner, she works with you on every detail and is an amazing creative partner. From months ahead all the way to the day of, they are with you every step. If you are having a Jewish wedding this is the place to do it. The food is incredible (our guests weeks later are still telling us about how much they loved the cocktail hour and dinner) and the service is amazing. The sanctuary is beautiful. The cocktail room and ballroom are amazing on their own and you can do so much with the space to make it yours.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines elegance with top-notch service, this is a fantastic choice! Highly recommended for couples seeking a picturesque wedding in a stunning location.
