ADVENTUROUS BEGINNINGS CHILD

I am beyond disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this daycare, specifically due to the actions and negligence of the daycare manager. As a parent, you trust a daycare with the most important thing in your life—your child. That trust was completely broken. My baby was repeatedly neglected, and I observed concerning behavior that no child, especially an infant, should ever be subjected to. When issues were brought to the manager’s attention, they were dismissed, minimized, or handled with a shocking lack of urgency and compassion. The manager showed no accountability, no transparency, and no concern for my child’s wellbeing. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with defensiveness and excuses. This created an unsafe and emotionally distressing environment not only for my baby, but for me as a parent. What hurts most is knowing my baby could not advocate for themselves. The signs of distress and lack of proper care were clear, and yet the person in charge failed to protect the children entrusted to them. I strongly warn other parents to think twice before enrolling their child here, especially if the current management remains in place. Children deserve attentive, gentle, and responsible care.
