My husband I toured the facility very early in my pregnancy and got on the waiting list. We were intitally told it wouldn’t be a problem starting her at our desired start date. I had several phone calls with Darcy touching base with her over the duration of my pregnancy and after my daughter was born while I was on materinity leave. She called me roughly 3 weeks before I would have her start daycare and asked me about drop off and pick up times. Never once lead me to believe my daughter might not be going there. I called her a week after that because every time I spoke to her she wanted me to call her to touch base. When speaking to her I got the feeling she had no idea who I was, and told me there was absolutely no way my daughter would be able to start and we were looking into possibly May. She said she took bad notes and instead of there being 3 families ahead of us it was just 2. As you can imagine to my surprise I was baffled and now wondering where my daughter was going to go to daycare at. Then today, 03/30/2020 she calls to touch base. 8 weeks behind the date I would have needed. The call was nice. However, I have a bad taste in my mouth with how things are ran. I do not feel things are kept in order and was rather annoyed I was constantly told to call back in a week, every conversation we had. Thankfully I was able to get my daughter into a daycare close to my work and we absolutely love it.
