  • I had a very frustrating experience at Bright Stars Academy. I made a cash payment of $179 that was properly labeled and placed in the drop box, but the director claimed it was never received and ignored all requests to verify with cameras or other monitoring. They only accept cash or check, do not use any monitoring system like Procare, and staff do not provide updates on your children throughout the day. During the dispute, the director assumed I was lying about submitting payments due to financial struggles, which was completely untrue. The staff were nice, but overall, this daycare is lower quality, and I have unenrolled my children. I cannot recommend it.

  • We started the baby out in a fancier, farther away, kindercademy. Then we just couldnt afford it anymore...the money, commute time, we could never meet the carers or teachers. We were so glad to find these folks close to our home. They welcomed us right in to meet the staff on a walk-in. They had a rare opening and could take our son the following week. The staff is diverse and trained, they care about the kids. Our 7-month old is very happy and well-cared for...it was over a year ago I started this post. Our 2 year old is still very happy here. They work with the parents, have holiday events, and everyone are just good people. To the karens complaining about carpet tiles or rudeness, kindness goes both ways and older buildings undergoing change are not bad places. It depends on where you connect, where you meet people in the middle.
