DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! This is one of the worst daycares I have ever seen. There are some amazing teachers here but there are also some of the worst teachers here that I have ever met. The two directors Cindy and Deborah do not care about staff, the children, or safety. The only thing the directors care about is money. My children have came home with scratches, bruises, and bite marks with no incident reports. This facility is extremely understaffed. All the children do is beat each other up. Most of the teachers at this facility all they do is yell at the children grab them by their arms and their shoulders and there is zero supervision. This facility charges an extreme amount for horrible child care.

As someone familiar with this daycare facility, I feel being a parent myself with a child who is in this facility but looking elsewhere at the moment to immediately withdraw from this center! parents deserve to carefully look into the center before enrolling their children. I personally observed concerns involving supervision, staffing, management practices, and the overall safety of the environment. Some of the concerns included children being left outside without proper supervision, ratio issues that at times appeared overwhelming for staff, ongoing bullying behaviors among older children that did not seem to be consistently addressed, and repeated aggressive or violent behavior from certain children that created an unsafe atmosphere for others. I also observed teachers yelling at children in ways I personally felt were inappropriate for a childcare setting, along with ongoing management issues that affected communication, consistency, and the overall environment within the center. I strongly encourage parents to ask detailed questions about supervision policies, staff-to-child ratios, incident reporting procedures, behavioral management practices, staff training, and DHS compliance standards before making a decision. This post is based solely on my personal observations and experiences. My intention is not to attack individuals, but to encourage awareness and accountability when it comes to the safety and wellbeing of children.

My kiddos currently attend and this we love it! Other daycares labeled my rambunctious child as a problem, not here. They work with the children and she absolutely thrive. The office ladies are absolutely amazing and caring. The teachers are patient with my kiddos. I love the daily breakdown and the lessons they give my 5 year old. She truly learns there and is preparing for kindergarten. They keep here busy and engaged. We hope to be here for many years.

My daughter is currently attends this location and it’s the best daycare she has been in. The teachers are Hand-on and great at communicating with the parents. Admin staff are also nothing short of amazing. Would recommend this school to any and every body.

Ms. Cindy is an amazing worker. she’s very sweet, patient, and gentle with the children at Childcare Network. The staff and the facility are well-organized, and they always monitor the children safely and responsibly. I’m very satisfied with this center and the care they provide.
