  • My 4-year-old son started this daycare last Tuesday, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Within his first week, we were repeatedly contacted about behavioral concerns involving other children. While I understand behavior issues need to be addressed, I felt there was very little patience or adjustment period given to a 4-year-old who had only been there a few days.I also felt that we were being discriminated against as well. We had a meeting during my lunch break to discuss concerns, and I told staff that if anything else happened, they could call me and I would immediately pick him up. Later that same day, I received a message saying my son was waiting at the front because of another incident. However, the message never clearly stated that he was no longer allowed to return. The following morning, I was stopped at the door and told very abruptly that he could not come back. The communication throughout the entire process felt unclear and unprofessional. Another concern I had was regarding consistency and transparency. My children’s father stated that a staff member showed him a video of our son making inappropriate hand gestures. However, when I later asked to see video footage related to another incident involving my son, I was told that parents are not allowed to view videos. The conflicting information left me confused about the daycare’s policies and communication practices. I also want to mention that before enrollment, I was told there were spots available for both of my children, but after arriving, only my 4-year-old was accepted while my 7-year-old was told to wait until June. Combined with some of the interactions we experienced, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable as a parent. I understand daycares have rules and expectations for behavior, but I believe families also deserve professionalism, consistency, clear communication, and compassion when handling situations involving young children.

  • My daughter has attended CNW since she was 2 years old. She has learned so much as she’s moved through the different pods/age groups. The teachers and staff have always kept us aware of things to help my daughter’s progress. She has made so many friends since being there. I never worry about her safety or well-being while she’s there.I love the new ProCare system they use to post pics and announcements. We are so glad to be part of the CNW family!! Cynthia W.

  • We've put 3 boys through Children's New World over the past 8 years and our youngest still attends their preschool. Our youngest loves his class and their preschool does such fun things with the kids. I've always loved the setup of pods/hallways that way big school kids aren't in the same area as littles. I love that the have a full space kitchen (others we toured our even had to attend previously did not) and their outside play ground is amazing and not an afterthought. Different sections for different age groups and room to run and play. Their new check in and check out system, Procare, is a great tool that allows teachers to communicate with parents quickly, share pictures, and incident/injury forms. Have there been some bumps along the way over 8-8 years, yes, but overall CNW had been great for our family.

  • ⚠️ LONG REVIEW! ITS WORTH READING THOUGH ⚠️ Children’s New World has been an exceptional daycare for our daughter, Saelyr! From the moment we enrolled her, we felt welcomed by the warm, caring staff who treat every child like family. Miss Maria, the owner, is truly amazing—you can tell she has a deep understanding of children and a strong educational background in child development - and it shows! She personally ensures every child receives individual attention in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. Miss Tanya, the assistant director, is equally wonderful and has a great sense of humor that brings so much joy to the kids and parents alike. I have become personal friends with her and deeply appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for each child’s growth. Saelyr also has her favorite teacher, Miss Rylie, who has made a big impact on her early learning journey. She is the sweetest soul and has a heart of gold. If anything of your child's is ever missing - she's your gal!! She will find whatever it is - whether it was left in her classroom or on the opposite side of the building, without fail! We were very sad when Saelyr had to move to a new pod because she got older, but we feel so fortunate knowing that everyone at CNW is friendly, supportive, and truly like family. Before Saelyr came to Children's New World, she attended another daycare where we were very unhappy. She would often act out, come home filthy, and would say ugly words she heard at the daycare. Since starting here, Saelyr is always exceptionally clean and hardly ever acts out in the same manner she once did. The comparison is night and day! This positive change speaks volumes about the loving and attentive care she receives. The facility is clean and filled with engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and social development. Their communication with parents is outstanding, always keeping us informed and connected. I’m grateful for this positive, family-like atmosphere where Saelyr loves to learn and grow every day. Children’s New World truly feels like a second home. I highly recommend you check it out and bring your children here!! -Mila & Zac Smith

  • My girls have been going to Children’s New World for a few years now. We love the staff! The girls enjoy coming to daycare, getting to learn and run around with their friends. Truly a great daycare with fun opportunities for field trips in the summer.

  • I like that we have constant communication with the teachers. The app facilitates it greatly. Our daughter loves going to school here and has learned a lot! The hours are perfect for us as my husband and I work full days.
