I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly and respectfully. From the outside, this facility looks beautiful, but my experience inside was very different. If I had personally done the tour and interview, I don’t believe I would have enrolled my daughter. Her father handled that part because we were under pressure to find childcare quickly, and I trusted it would be a good fit. After seeing the facility, I had concerns. The toys appeared dirty and the overall environment felt like it needed more care and upkeep. My daughter only attended for three days before I was told she could not return until her copayment was made. I completely understand payment policies, and I was never asking for the fee to be waived. I simply asked for one additional day to make the payment. I was crying on the phone because I was overwhelmed, but I was not disrespectful. I was disappointed that my emotions were viewed that way, and that my daughter was removed from the program instead of there being any understanding or communication. I was also surprised by the additional monthly supply fee, which I feel should be clearly communicated upfront. I wanted this to work for my daughter, but the cleanliness concerns, lack of professionalism I experienced, and the way this situation was handled left me very disappointed.
