I want to start off with saying THANK YOU to the entire staff and most of all the Owners, without customer service and human beings like you all -where I feel safe leaving my kids has been absolutely amazing. People have to 1st understand you have to "TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WAT TO BE TREATED" and I have seen a lot of RUDE, INTITLED, BAD MOUTH Parents who feel like it's ok to be that way with people of a company that they need services from. Daycare providers, Teachers are GLORY to be able to deal with the trials they face on top of their own personal life and still providing the best care to our children while parents work, even though I know the majority just drop their kids off as adults wearing house shoes and pajamas (hardly working) and have the Nerve to question and be Rude to the staff is beyond me. Last I checked the center is called Creative Adventure Childcare Center for a reason and not "THE HELP" if you haven't seen the movie, I suggest you all google it and watch it cause most folks act in this manner as if they lack home training, some of the souls of the parents need to ben cleansed because they forget it's the child who has to have the experience and not them. Things have not been the same more and more folks have shown not to have no sense of care, emotion, warmth or respect out here in YUKON and it shows BAD. I've been long winded with this review and want to say to the center you all are amazing, my kids love you all and everyone is doing a great job, I'm proud of everything you all do and have done the last 3 years my family has been a part of your center. THANK YOU CREATIVE ADVENTURES!!!
Universal EqualityNov 11, 2025This place is absolutely unprofessional. I went to enroll my son in care here through dhs subsidy. On Tuesday one of the managers told me that I could bring him because she could see my swipes. Upon asking questions she got very rude to me and extremely defensive. As Dhs told me that I could use 10 back swipes and the lady on the phone got very rude and said that she was giving his spot away and hung up the phone. She was rude and unprofessional and should not be running that daycare center.
Jahne GeerOct 31, 2025Our 3 year old went here for around 9 months, it was such a great experience! Super clean and safe facility with the sweetest staff. The only reason we left is because we moved and it unfortunately didn’t make sense to keep our daughter there. Ms. Kayla and Danisha are wonderful and we are so grateful for them. Highly recommend!!
Alexis FairchildOct 23, 2025If I could give this daycare zero stars I would. This is the first time I have ever left a review on something. I have let this sit for a couple of days and have chosen to warn other parents. My grandson started there on Monday for the afterschool care. He is 5 and autistic and he still needs assistance in many things. He isn’t potty trained, needs assistance when eating and just needs a little extra help. We told the daycare all of this 2 months ago when we signed him up and payed. He went to the bathroom while there and his mother was called immediately and told he could not come back, that they didn’t have the staff to change a pull-up on a 5 yr old. That is totally fine. We did understand. BUT they sent him into the restroom to change his own pull-up and clean himself up. When I picked him up at 6pm and he had been there since 3, after school he had a lot of feces on him that was not cleaned off of him. And I don’t mean a small amount but a lot. This broke my heart that I trusted these women to look after him. I strongly suggest triple checking any place you leave your child with.
