  • Stay away!!! This allegedly used to be an early childhood learning center but it is simply a daycare now. Teachers that were there for years and decades left en masse after new leadership came in. Staff does not communicate with parents regularly, including about when all of the senior teachers left or when new ones get hired. You don’t know from one day to the next who is in the room with your child. Complete strangers. The Center should be introducing parents to new teachers (at least on paper?!) before we entrust our children to be left alone with them. You also may not know the gender of the person changing your baby’s diapers. They don’t disclose anything. If your child is not cookie cutter on behavior, they will not make any progress here, as it is. They will likely slip backwards. There is a massive lack of certified teachers. They’re misleading with what programs they have and don’t have as well. It’s very messy and when 90% of the senior staff leave at one time, you should pay attention.

  • Added review: still love it. Today we said goodbye to Crosstown and we're off to kindergarten. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The love and support our child received throughout this year were immeasurable. All the love to Crosstown for truly embracing kids, seeing them for who they are, and empowering them to the the best version of themselves. ❤️❤️❤️ Original review: We've only been here a month but I see so many good things every time I walk in. People are always happy to see the kids. Ms Mae greets everyone by name and with a smile every single morning. Teachers are patient and kind. They teacher children new skills. I hear calm conversations and see teachers work through hard things with children rather than expecting them to get over it or comply just to comply. The building is beautiful and the playgrounds are top notch.

  • My family and I are so grateful for Crosstown! We absolutely love our teachers and the staff! I get pictures and updates every single day of how our baby is doing! For this I am grateful it helps me through my work day! And just knowing she is safe! Thank you!

  • We were so grateful to find Crosstown! Our child has been here for 6 months and she has soared in her gross motor skills and fine motor skills! We are given daily logs of our child's eating, diaper changes, accidents, and digital updates of learning achievements.

  • Everyone has always been so kind to us, the teachers are exceptional and the facility is clean, up to date. My first kiddo went here and we’re on the wait list for my second kiddo to start!

  • Literally just called to get information on the daycare and the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Attitude from the moment she picked up the phone which had rung for quite awhile. Will not even be considering sending my child here just from the “I don’t want to be here or talk to you” attitude I just received from the get go. Why on earth would I entrust my child in your care when you can’t even answer the phone without a rude attitude.
