I would not recommend doing any sort of business with them, they owe a massive amount of money to my client. They have remained unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the money they owe. We have attempted to contact them by email, text messages, phone calls and they do not seem to care one bit. I once leave a message with front desk and they hung up, I reached out to the website portal, and they never reached back. So, unless you'd like to waste money, do not do business with them. They owe a massive amount. Dawn, reach out to me ASAP.
Katherine MarquezApr 10, 2026This was the worst daycare Ive ever experienced. I have tried to say as much publically, and am trying to be silenced. I had to remove my son from this facility. The owner is a nightmare and its the most disgusting, unprofessional business I have ever seen. The good reviews you see are from people who work at this, "center." Most are unexperienced and uncertified (see pictures.) Please reconsider before the bite marks, and the bruises...or it costing you your job. Please log into the DHS childcare locator app. Type in this address...do your research!

Stefanie ColemanJul 12, 2024Before I signed my child up I spoke to Dawn and scheduled a time to tour the place, I of course took my daughter that day with me to see how she’d do. As soon as I walked in I noticed the door had a pad key with a code so not everyone can get in big plus for me! My daughter toured the whole building and even outside she refused to go home that afternoon. I have never had any issues with the staff nor Dawn. I love that they have Brightwheel they send pictures and notify what/when they eat use the bathroom as well. You can message them as well Incase your running late or your child will be absent. Dawn showed me all the DHS books all the procedures Incase of an emergency as well. I felt safe with my daughter attending there. Never ran into an issue. My daughter would come home singing, and telling me all about the new things she learned. As a working teacher I knew they were working with her on learning. The schedule is so beneficial for parents who work early or late and they also accept dhs pay. My daughter felt so comfortable with the staff and Dawn that she even called Dawn her “Mimi” another huge plus for me. If in the future I have another child I will sign them up loved everything about it. Dawn also acknowledges any concerns you may have and answers questions. They would also do photographs for the kids for keep sakes during holiday season which I loved. Give them a call and tour the place around. My child attended this daycare for a whole year and we would recommend it.
