  • The gym area is great and has PLENTY of equipment! The pool has space work lap swim/water walking, a kids area, a water slide, and a splash pad!

  • We do winter and summer basketball for the past couple seasons here with my son. The place is always clean and welcoming. Employees and guests are always friendly and nice. They seem to always have some sort of class going on and the gym always has people in it. There is a pool and a place for the kids to go while you work out. They have a newer pickle ball court as well and of course they have their walking course outside and the water park on the back side of the property as well

  • I believe that if you receive more than one or two complaints regarding the staff working at this establishment, you really ought to keep a close eye on them. We visited recently with our children, and the receptionist—a blonde woman seated closest to the locker rooms—spoke to me in an incredibly rude manner. She went so far as to tell me—using her exact words—that it was "not her problem" that my children were crying because they couldn't enter the pool, a situation caused entirely by her own poor guidance. And clearly, if they aren't your children—and you feel no empathy for what happens to them—then you are simply showing up to collect a paycheck while acting like a rude person. I am Latina, but I know *exactly* what you said to me and what you discussed with someone else who was present. I *do* know how to read English—but I also know that you gave incorrect information to both me and my husband (who is *American*). I clarify this so that you cannot claim that, simply because I am Latina, I misunderstood you—or perhaps that I don't know how to "read." I am neither illiterate nor stupid. The lifeguards were incredibly rude as well. To top it all off, this woman told me, "Well, *they* actually *are* paying for their classes." At that point, I had to ask myself: Is this really acceptable? I took the time to read through all the user complaints, and 80% of them focus on customer service and the staff. Yet, the only "solution" offered seems to be replying to the complaints with canned responses like, "Call me and tell me more." Instead, simply reorganize your team; there are plenty of people out there who are genuinely eager to work hard. I can't give it 0 stars because the place is beautiful.

  • i came here with a friend around 10am on a saturday and bought day passes for the pool. the front desk staff were friendly. it was very clean and had lockers for our belongings. the inside is heated and it was comfortable, the down side was that there were a lot of people. my friend and i were swimming laps in the same lane and there were kids that started jumping in and getting in the way. the female lifeguard was diligent to ask them to move to a different area without us asking. (super appreciated) the male lifeguard was not very friendly to children or when making announcements. the safety check was exactly on time. $10 to swim for the 2 hours we stayed before it got too packed felt fair. i also loved seeing all that they offer, especially the small food pantry for those who are in need.

  • I joined the Y to play pickleball, as their courts are great. Recently, they have started having leagues and lessons several nights a week. These take up a least half of the courts. Even without the leagues, there was a wait at 6:30 pm, now the wait is ridiculous. When I’ve gone there have been many people on the benches or standing, waiting for a court. Waiting an upwards of 45 minutes to play is crazy. I’m paying not only the membership, but an additional cost to use the pickleball courts. Why would I pay extra to stand around waiting, and then eventually have to leave because the wait is too long? Take this into consideration if you’re considering getting a membership.

  • Earlywine is a great community of of fun loving people. From the upbeat helpful FOH staff to the instructors and trainers that lead the classes. People are always smiling. The community of people as well are encouraging and respectful. A beautiful track to walk. A huge pool to swim and plenty of other ways to get a healthy workout. Not to mention the Y app has so many useful videos on all types of workouts and exercises. The Y a great place to meet and interact with the community!
