Have always loved the original happytimes and so many of the amazing women are at this new location! They have always been so loving to my kids and now my niece. My niece is a highly sensitive child and if you hurt her feelings she will let everyone know everyday and she's never once complained about the treatment she receives.

My child is African American and caught lice two times at this facility its not a racial thing, but her hair stays combed and greased and she caught it two times within a two week period . I expressed my concern with the daycare facility, and no actions were taken. They did not tell parents that it was a lice outbreak They also did not take precautions to prevent it from happening again. No other child was examined for lice which means it will keep happening ! This is the first time I have ever dealt with something like this ! She never had lice prior ! I am terrified of this experience And just want you to be aware there is no empathy or sympathy shown in this situation UPDATE - They kicked my children out of the daycare because of my review good thing this was their last week 🙃🙏

Most of the staff don’t care about kids. They seem bitter about how their lives turned out and take it out on the kids. They constantly tell the kids know how “bad” they are and want them to sit and be quiet. Almost every day I picked my kid up it was dead silent in the whole daycare. They’re kids. Let them play. That’s what people are paying for! Not going to pay to have my kid sit down and shut up after doing that at school all day. Definitely not ok with the kids watching 2 movies a day during summer. The staff don’t want to deal with kids, after signing up to work with kids. They’re lie and tell you your kids had a fantastic day though. My child was very unhappy. Don’t go here.
