I reached out via their website to ask for a tour of the facility and said I was interested in enrolling my child starting this summer. I got an email the next day 4/20 that was an internal email meant for an employee, and then got another email saying they had openings this summer. I responded same day and said ok great, when can I schedule a tour? The owner emailed me back and said she’d check her calendar, and then the next email I got on 4/21 said they wouldn’t have an opening until August. I emailed back same day and said that was ok, that we are ok with our current daycare until then, that we are just looking to move our child somewhere closer to home. I never received a response. I emailed again, and I have called and left a voicemail and never received an email or call back. Really unfortunate to see all these great reviews on Google and Facebook but can’t get ahold of anyone to confirm openings or even get a tour. Poor communication before enrollment doesn’t make me feel confident in communication after placing my child in their care either. I was really hoping this place would work for us.
Christine GullicMay 14, 2026We’ve been attending Jillian’s off and on for a few years now as a drop in and for summer camp. We absolutely love how warm and inviting it is. They know us when we arrive even though we aren’t there everyday and that is special. My daughter has always had so much fun playing with all her friends. We’re very thankful to have a local and safe place for our child to attend.

The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up so kids feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. Jillian & staff truly treats every child like their own. Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed and confident knowing our child is in great hands. The activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and fun, helping kids grow socially, emotionally, and academically. We couldn’t ask for a better daycare and highly recommend Jillian’s Little Jungle to any family looking for a nurturing, dependable, and loving place for their child.

My boy has learned so much just by going there it makes for fun times at home to see all the new stuff that he has learned! Facility is very clean! Five stars for Jillians Jungle!
