  • Kid Care Collective is a life saver for those last minute appointments and date nights! My kids have a blast and love making new friends every time they go.

  • As a first time mom who (unfortunately) had to go back to work, I was extremely paranoid about sending my daughter to daycare after all the horror stories you see and hear about them. However, from the moment I got in contact with Stacia, I felt more than comfortable leaving my daughter in the care of the staff of Kid Care Collective. I had a ton of questions given that I never did this before, and still do ask a ton of questions lol, but they were/have all been answered with patience, reassurance, and detail. Never once was I made to feel bad about asking questions or checking in, and never once did anyone make me feel like an overbearing parent (even though i might be 😅) It's just me & my fiance here, so finding someone who was going to help us with the 'village' was extremely important to us. Kid Care Collective exceeds that on a daily basis. I see them talking to her, playing with her, involving her in what they can given she's only 6 months old, and not just treating her like part of a paycheck, and that was SO and is SO important to me. They give us sheets daily about how her day was, when she ate, when she was changed, when she napped, and it's so helpful to bring those home and pick up where they left off with out skipping a beat. The staff here is incredible. They're all super kind & sweet & you can tell they love what they do, and that starts with who you work for. Knowing that everyone in the facility cares about their job & the children they're caring for is such a blessing. It's also extremely affordable compared to some of the pricing we saw at other places, and you pay weekly versus monthly which makes it hurt a little less 😂 I am extremely thankful that I was lucky enough to find THE daycare on the first try, and I hope this review helps you find it too. Thank you Kid Care Collective for all you do. We appreciate you ❤️

  • Would not recommend. We used this hourly drop-in for a short period and were very disappointed. My child repeatedly reported that teachers were mean to him and spoke negatively about him in front of him. On one pickup, he was crying uncontrollably in a way I’ve never seen before; he later told his therapist he never wanted to return. I feel terrible for sending him here. While the facility has cameras, we did not see footage of the incident because it was at the outdoor play area. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this program, especially for children who can't communicate when they feel unsafe.

  • If you don’t do the membership you are out of luck. They make you pay $20 for a reservation PLUS $25 for not being a member PLUS the hourly. So 1 visit and you are at $45 in the hole before you even drop your child off. So only do the membership if you choose this care facility. As far as care it is convenient if you need to drop off . Just make sure your child brings their food and eats it in front of them. Don’t feed them right before because they will still charge you to give them food if it’s in their lunch hours. Make sure to read the handbook. They should honestly have every parent read and SIGN the handbook to ensure parents have an updated version AT ALL TIMES. We never really had an issue with physical care outside of those two things. They said they will finally put the handbook online. A now are finally aware online doesn’t charge a $20 for reservations. So just happens my family get the fun end of that.

  • The staff at kid care collective are so patience. They understand that my little one is going thru separation anxiety and do their best to try to calm him down. They try several techniques to try and figure out what works best for him. I also love the fact that they will contact me to let me know if he is still struggling so I can pick him up. I also enjoy that they have webcams access when you are a member so I can also check in on my kids. Thanks for being part of my village!

  • We love Kid Care Collective! We started going when my youngest was 2 months old. I love that they baby wear! Almost every time I pick the kids up my baby is being cuddled, which makes me feel so comforted. They are attentive to my kids, text me updates and ask questions on how to potentially help my kiddos if they are not behaving normal/not sleeping/drinking bottle, etc. My toddler always looks forward to going. We always take our own snacks and meals but you do have an option to purchase if you want. There are cameras so you can watch your kids if that makes you more comfortable. I always like to make an appointment before dropping off but you don't have to. I tell everyone about them and think they are geniuses for offering this type of day care services!!!
