LaDonna Courts is a rock star. She helped me solve multiple problems quickly and kindly. Love the staff team at Mitch Park Y, and grateful for how much they care about people and being helpful. Such a gift.
J. J. SeidAug 7, 2026It's a nice building. The weights area is too congested. The jogging trail is in the open where there's a seating area. U can't adjust the temp. N the shower it was almost too cool.
Royalty RussellJul 8, 2026Today was the first day that I have ever visited the YMCA at Mitch Park in Edmond. I was greeted at the reception table by Stephanie. I joined the YMCA today at Mitch Park as part of the Silver Sneakers program. Stephanie was personable, professional, energetic, and very knowledgeable. She gave me a grand tour of the beautiful and incredible facility. I am looking forward to becoming more healthy by working out at the YMCA at Mitch Park. I highly recommend Stephanie if you have any questions about the Y's programs, the facility, or any of the aspects of the rooms and equipment. She was so friendly and patient, and is an excellent representative of the Y at Mitch Park. Stephanie, thank you for helping me get started with the Y and for such incredible assistance, giving me all the exciting details about the YMCA and its programs. It was a pleasure meeting you today. I appreciate your awesome help! Thank you!

Keziah M.May 12, 2026We try to go to the Y at least 5 or 6 days a week. Always a nice experience,with a nice greeting when we arrive and a quick workout on the equipment in the weight room. I love my Zumba classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 am, the instructors, Julie and Rosanna are terrific. So we come often as we can to stay active and to stay healthy.
Roberta HiltbrandApr 2, 2026YMCA staff do nothing but play on their phones in the basketball court. Snotty teenage childcare workers roll their eyes when one brings their kids into childwatch. Pools are always closed or have unavailable hours. They replaced the cool fitness space with state of the art machines. Snooze. Even the track has gotten lame because walkers walk in the running lane all the time now. And yeah, not fun when the tweens are in the adult locker rooms.
