  • If I could give zero stars I would better yet negative 5 star rating would better suit it! Worst daycare ever I only recommend if you like dealing with DHS and having to constantly fear of loosing your children! They will call DHS on you if your child gets hurt has a bruise or scratch or any wound as if kids don’t hurt themselves all the freaking time but this daycare will call DHS and lie and say it’s child abuse when you can CLEARLY tell the child/children aren’t abused at all and then when they don’t succeed at getting your kids taken away they will call again so I only recommend this crappy place if you want to get DHS involved in your lives and have to constantly fear of your kids getting taken away from you! Charlotte and Sam suck with kids and are rude they shouldn’t be in child care industry

  • I do not recommend this day care at all Kelly is not accommodating at all I didn’t even get a chance to enroll my kiddos she was telling me one thing while dhs told me another and she claims they said it because they did want to do their job! But I spoke with two different agents from dhs and they said the same thing. Kelly as a business women dealing with children you did not make me feel putting my kids in your care would be safe you did not make me feel comfortable as a parent and if you made me feel that way you would make my kiddos feel the same. Bragging about a 5 star daycare is great when you have 5 star interactions with potential parents as well. A little kindness goes along way. EDIT: ms Kelly as of 10/16/2024 the case was indeed active however your computer system lags as you have stated you can’t see when I would check them in that’s a YOU problem. Secondly I spoke with another daycare who stated I didn’t need my card if I had the app again you were very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Also I was coming to do the tour today at our scheduled time however your demeaned over the phone made me uncomfortable which is why I stated we could go ahead and cancel. Be blessed

  • My youngest son has attended this daycare for about 2 years. He has a developmental delay... I greatly appreciate the patience and love given from the staff. I would recommend this daycare due to the caring compassionate environment.

  • My child has been attending our House since 2015. My experience has been great with the center. Staff is amazing with the kids. My daughter loves going here and refuses to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

  • Toxic. All they care about is having the least possible amount of staff on the clock at all times, even at the expense of the children’s wellbeing. The owner screams at the children. Good luck tracking down your children’s belongings at the end of the day. Everything is lost and blames other staff.

  • This place is terrible. I'm going to try to find a new daycare asap. They do not care that parents have jobs and have to work. They will call for any reason possible to have you come get your kid. They don't care if you lose your job. If school age kid doesn't make their 21 student list for summer then your just sol. They lose my kids wipes and stuff and then expect the parent to bring more when it hasn't even been a week since you brought a be And new pack.. I could go on for days... Would not recommend this center to anyone...
