  • This was my very first experience using a daycare, and I truly had no idea what to expect. From the moment we walked in, my son instantly felt comfortable — he took the caregiver’s hand right away, napped well, and when it was time to go, he didn’t even want to leave! That told me everything I needed to know about how wonderful and caring the staff are. They clearly make the children feel safe, happy, and loved, and that means the world to me. I did take one star off for two reasons. First, the front office area was a bit cluttered and messy, which gave a slightly chaotic first impression. And second — the bigger issue — I wasn’t informed ahead of time about the $75 start-up fee. When I called the week before, I was told the rate was $9.50/hr with no mention of additional charges. So when I picked him up and the total came close to $100 for less than three hours, it was definitely a surprise. I later saw the fee written on the intake paperwork, but it would have been great to have that communicated verbally beforehand, especially for a first-time daycare mom like me. That said, the most important thing to me is that my son was happy, safe, and cared for — and he absolutely was. Despite the miscommunication, I would bring him back again if the need ever comes up.

  • I have a 3 year old, 6 year old, and 9 year old that have been attending this daycare for almost a year now and they are so good with all of them. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. We have tried multiple daycares and this one is by far the best around. I drive an extra 30 minutes just to take my kids here

  • Terrible logistics and planning. Made us wait three weeks just to tell us they’re full.

  • Have been using them for almost a year and have nothing bad to say. Staff is super nice. Normally my daughter is very much the type of kid to start crying the minute I get out of her sight but when I drop her off here she runs right in without a care in the world. It’s clear she’s happy here.

  • My grandson comes home everytime he goes here— literally dying of thirst! It’s completely abnormal for a child that can’t talk to come home and beat you to the kitchen and brings you a bottle of water because he’s so thirsty and then drinks so much he vomits. My daughter is extremely sweet and won’t say anything to them, but I damn sure will!! I think it’s because they don’t want to mess with changing diapers. My daughter took him to the ER thinking something was very wrong, i.e diabetes... He is healthy as it gets and the doctor said she needs to change daycares because no child should ever be as thirst as he is coming home from a daycare. I’ve worked in daycare. I know what all is involved and our rules were that you notated everything from food, drinks diaper changes and so on. They do nothing like that here. She gets nothing at the end of his day. We were so exited to put him in a part time daycare to interact with other children and this has been a nightmare. In a months time, he’s contracted strep and some other kind of virus. They apparently do not sanitize there because it’s a drop in center.
