  • Hello, It wouldn’t allow Ashley to respond so I thought I’d clarify a few things First, Ashley never had any issue with her child’s teacher — she has been great, and we have always expressed that. Our concern was not about care or the car seat policy, as I fully understand and respect safety procedures. What I do find concerning is the decision to publicly share and assume details about a private situation that I did not disclose. That, in itself, feels unprofessional. The review was based on our personal experience and how we felt as a parent, not a reflection of the teacher or overall care. There was also other details that we did not wish to publicly air out. It is also important to acknowledge that during allergy season, symptoms like a runny nose or mild cough can be common in infants without indicating illness, which adds to the frustration many parents experience with strict interpretations of policies. I respect that every center has policies in place, and I also respect your right to enforce them. However, I also believe parents should be able to share their experiences without having their situation publicly detailed or misrepresented. I wish your center and staff the best moving forward.

  • If I could give zero stars I would , the positive feedback was towards My Daughters teacher ms carina only that’s exactly why the message went to her personally, she’s great! You were the the problem if you wasn’t sending out messages, you were calling, you called me the other day at work to tell me my baby wouldn’t stop crying unless she was held. (She’s 6 months by the way) the runny nose situation just put the icing on the cake. It’s not much we can do about a runny nose I can see if you said a fever or something more serious.. your heart is not in it and it definitely shows

  • They have strongly impacted my life and the lives of my grand babies. They are wonderful people who go out of their way every day to make sure my grandkids I feel loved when I can’t be there to love them. The teachers go above and beyond. I am so blessed to have them as part of my village. I am so grateful they love my babies.

  • My experience with Prime Academy has been very positive. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. I appreciate how they create a structured yet nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, and feel safe. Communication with parents has been good, and I feel comfortable knowing my child is in a licensed program that follows state standards and supports early development.
