  • I love this place! My grandson came from another center to here…this is no comparison! Since he came here he is happy every day.. his speech has improved and the positive interaction between him and his teacher, Peyton, is so tender and loving! Highly recommend!

  • We love Primrose Midtown! Every staff member, whether they directly care for your child or not, will know your child's name. They take interest in their development and differences to make sure they receive the best care. It's always a positive vibe.

  • My child absolutely loved this place the teachers, the friends, and the overall environment made it such a positive experience. (He still talks about his friends). The staff, especially in the Pathway class, are truly outstanding. They are incredibly structured and detail oriented, while still being warm, caring, and attentive.

  • Honest Review from a Former Parent: I honestly wasn’t planning to write a review, but after noticing some review padding by the director and her husband, I felt compelled to share my experience. Seeing that kind of behavior made me question what else the facility may be willing to misrepresent. I enrolled my child at Primrose of Midtown in January 2025. By February, we had already experienced our first incident — yet no incident report was provided at the time. After I asked about it, one was produced two days later, but the timing and story didn’t match what I was originally told. Over the next few months, my child’s glasses were lost or broken four times. In one instance, the broken glasses were shoved into a zipper pocket of a backpack that a toddler couldn’t reasonably access, and no explanation was given. When I asked the current classroom teachers about his glasses some didn’t even realize my child wore glasses — which was very concerning to me. During our time there, my child frequently came home with bumps and bruises with no accompanying reports. These repeated communication breakdowns made me question the level of accountability between the teachers, director, and parents. The final straw came when my child sustained three separate head-related incidents in a single day. The first resulted in a visible black eye. Later that day, my child also had a nosebleed and a .5-inch scalp gash with a section of hair missing. None of these occurred with proper supervision, and the afternoon teacher was unaware of the earlier injuries. Whether accidental or not, this level of oversight is unacceptable in a childcare setting. As someone who has worked in the childcare industry in OKC/Edmond for nearly a decade, I know that when you see this many visible issues, there are often deeper ones you can’t see. While I hope these were isolated growing pains of a newer facility, I sadly cannot recommend Primrose of Midtown to friends or families. On a positive note, the facility itself is beautiful, the check-in system and app are convenient, the location is ideal for those in downtown/Midtown, and many of the teachers were genuinely kind. My child still talks about the friends made there — but he also asked not to go back, and that, to me, speaks volumes.

  • Primrose School of Midtown OKC has been an excellent school for my children. They have learned so much while attending, and the experience has been very positive for our family.

  • We have been so happy with Primrose. The staff and the curriculum have been wonderful. We couldn’t ask for better partners in caring for our daughter.
